It was a good holiday had really good entertainment and food the works was really nice the rooms was clean had a really good time and enjoyed it a lot the beach was lovely definitely would come again and a good family holiday and the rooms were very clean and service was impeccable could not fault this holiday!!

This was our second visit here we were there April and July great hotel rooms r clean and cleaners in everyday if u want it cleaned the aqua park is great we ate from snack bar most of the time and there’s some nice places outside to eat from the only thing that lets this hote down in the food in restaurant it’s very repetitive and not good the drinks are fab and the staff r amazing and so nice cleaners...

would recommend this hotel to others, such a great hotel and a bunch of things to do espically for little ones We had a 1 year old with us, and absolutely loved the animation team especially london and shady they always came over and checked on us, they made the holiday a lot better for us, they are so friendly and would go out there own way to help anyone, we didnt know a few places we would always...

I visited here for a week in July with my husband. Definitely lives up to it's 3 star status. The staff work incredibly hard (often working 16 hours a day). Maids came every day and left our room really clean

The food was good (if you're expecting English food and custom, you need to go to Benidorm!) with a good variety of themed nights. A good selection of fresh fruit and salads

Rooms were grand, nothing fancy but liveable for all you needed. This hotel is very much tailored to Italian tourists in my opinion. The El Borj Animation team were nice, a bit pushy at times but overall very pleasant

There are shows on each night which were quite good! Pool area is clean and tidy, no issues finding a sun bed. The heros of this hotel are the cleaners, they are thorough and work serious amounts of hours

A big shoutout and respect to him! The sea was crystal clear and simply stunning – beautiful waves and perfect weather made every beach day amazing. The pool was okay, nothing too special, but fine for a quick dip

We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel, but what stood out the most was the incredible lifeguard at the beach – Ahmed. He was extremely friendly, always helpful, and spoke good English

Whether it was aqua gym, beach volleyball, dancing, or the evening shows – they gave 100% and made sure everyone was having a great time

Came to the hotel this june. Love everything here especially Luffy the animator. Food is delicious, animators are taking good care of us and their program is always fun. Beach is also beautiful. Recommend this hotel 100%
