An exceptional hotel, with great energy, all employees are fully engaged, and I would especially like to highlight the animation team and the manager Leila, who brought the organization of the hotel's functioning to perfection. I was a guest in this magical hotel for 35 days and I will gladly return to it in the coming years.

Animation team make the hotel, I agree with other the rooms are a little dated but you spend such little time in the rooms it didn't matter too much, air con worked fine, the food isn't anything to write home about but the aqua park was a hit with the kids in our group and we wouldn't have had such a good holiday without the animation team, they work so hard and really make an effort with everyone

I had a great relaxing vacation. Hotel rooms are modest but adequate. The animators are very active and entertaining. They care about everyone and want to entertain everyone. Lovely place with really friendly staff. Food doesn't really cater for young children in my opinion but that doesn't take anything away from the hotel or staff.
