This holiday destination is awesome. It has given us a memorable family experience. Lots of food, good food, welcoming staff, engaging with guest politely. Hotel is very super clean, spacious and grandeur in its appearance. Lots of free flowing drinks. The poolside life of vivacious, with music, activities and pool games. For us coming from Birmingham, it’s only 3hours and it means I will be back again...

The hotel is beautiful and so clean. It was great to see especially after our shuttle journey was a bit long. There is great access to the pools indoor and outdoor as well as a beach that is at their doorstep. The staff were all very friend and very helpful. We enjoyed all the food and drinks available. The entertainment was fun and very inclusive. We will definitely come back next year!

Just came back from a 10 day vacation at this hotel. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. First off the food was way better than in a 5 star hotel in Spain. I'm currently in this hotel, rooms and hotel are very clean. Service is very kind, hospitality is on a high level. Food is OK, mostly is traditional with lots of middle eastern spices but you can also find pizza, pasta and fish. I'm delighted and Tunis is truly beautiful country with beautiful people, glad I came here ❤️

We stayed for 1 week and found everything to be okay. Yes the rooms are not 5 star according to European standards, they are pretty basic. Definitely, it's not 5 star hotel! It's really worn out and needs renovation. The area is small with lots of people. So, it's very noisy an chaoitic. The beach isn't clean enough; lack of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. If you want to have one, you must preoccupy it at around 5-6 a.m.! The staff is impolite and grumpy. The food is tasteless. Animators employed in the hotel hold 3 pillars of the hotel...we are delighted with their efforts accessibility and commitment ..they are so interesting to both the child and the adults that with the amount of activity they save you don't want to leave the hotel in fear of missing something.... for them rated 10 +

The hotel is located directly at the beach, with a large swimming pool and even an aquapark. Perfect for a family destination. What really stands out was the animation team. They really included our kids with activities, were always positive and friendly. Thank you for that. On a critical note: if the hotel would invest more in maintenance it would be even better.

Mostly Germans and Russians rest here. The staff speaks these languages, plus French. The food is excellent, they drink around the clock)) The only negative is that a lot of locals come for the weekend

The rooms are very old, rented 3 and each had different problems. It all depends on what you've been assigned. The food is terrible 😣... They are too into the quantity over quality. Lovely place with really friendly staff. Food doesn't really cater for young children in my opinion but that doesn't take anything away from the hotel or staff. We had a family room and the air-conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms but that wasn't too much of an issue. Kids loved the entertainment staff and dancing around.
