We spent 7 days at this hotel and had a wonderful time. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with our experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the cleaning staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met daily. The food offered a variety of options, although it was somewhat repetitive. Nevertheless, there was enough choice to keep things interesting. The entire staff, including waiters, bartenders, and other personnel, were consistently friendly and helpful.
The entertainment team deserves a special mention for their engaging activities. The beach was lovely and expansive, perfect for leisurely walks. Exploring the surroundings felt safe and enjoyable.
While there's room for improvement, such as adding another bar to alleviate crowding and renovating certain areas of the hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable. Considering the price and quality, my expectations were met. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a reasonably priced, pleasant getaway.

Vacation September 2023 as a couple.
You need to know that Tunis is very dirty, starting from the Airport and then everything else. If you have been already in Egypt or Turkey in all inclusive - here it will be much worse with the comparison.
Mahdia Beach/Aquapark is big, many many rooms, but very dirty with a strange smell. The hotel itself is old and need renovation and good cleaning. Room cleaning women tried very hard to make rooms cleaner.
Somehow people who worked there (on the bar or eating area) seemed to do the minimum, only if you give some money - they did a good service.
Food was not great, without any seasoning and almost every day the same.
Beach and the sea made our stay better, it’s very beautiful, but you can see still trash near by, unfortunately.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Hi today night we going back to our country, but huge thanks for animators. This guys are awesome, kind and helpful. Boss of this hotel plis give him an extra pension, really all of they are awesome !!!

Animators employed in the hotel hold 3 pillars of the hotel...we are delighted with their efforts accessibility and commitment ..they are so interesting to both the child and the adults that with the amount of activity they save you don't want to leave the hotel in fear of missing something.... for them rated 10 +

The hotel is located directly at the beach, with a large swimming pool and even an aquapark. Perfect for a family destination. What really stands out was the animation team. They really included our kids with activities, were always positive and friendly. Thank you for that.

Mostly Germans and Russians rest here. The staff speaks these languages, plus French. The food is excellent, they drink around the clock)) The only negative is that a lot of locals come for the weekend
