This was our second visit here we were there April and July great hotel rooms r clean and cleaners in everyday if u want it cleaned the aqua park is great we ate from snack bar most of the time and there’s some nice places outside to eat from the only thing that lets this hote down in the food in restaurant it’s very repetitive and not good the drinks are fab and the staff r amazing and so nice cleaners, bar staff, chefs/restaurant staff, maintenance, security, reception and the animation team everyone can’t do enough for u but for us the animation team especially London and shady made our holiday we had a 1 year old with us and he loved them they do anything for u came and spoke everyday came bowling with us and made everyone laugh there’s always stuff on through the day so ur never board and the night time entertainment was great

would recommend this hotel to others, such a great hotel and a bunch of things to do espically for little ones We had a 1 year old with us, and absolutely loved the animation team especially london and shady they always came over and checked on us, they made the holiday a lot better for us, they are so friendly and would go out there own way to help anyone, we didnt know a few places we would always ask them and they would always help us and give us the directions to other places, shady always made the youngest one laugh, and always play with him whether that was chucking a ball, to play with straws, i couldnt thank them two enough for how much they made our holiday feel 100% better

Animation team are absolutely amazing, super friendly and the kids love them all.. hotel is so much more than I expected after seeing the reviews, I will be coming back next year again.. can’t praise brown, William and the rest of the staff..nothing bad to say against the hotel at all! Don’t believe those bad reviews you won’t be disappointed

❌ I was placed in an old, moldy room with broken furniture and poor air circulation. I have asthma and woke up gasping for air. The A/C is too weak, the room is humid, and there is visible black mold. I’ve asked for a room change multiple times — they keep saying “later,” and nothing happens. Meanwhile, they are placing new guests into renovated rooms. The hotel staff doesn’t care, and Join UP tour operator is ignoring this. My health is at risk and my vacation is ruined. Avoid Mahdia Beach & Aquapark — not safe for anyone with respiratory conditions.

Animation team make the hotel, I agree with other the rooms are a little dated but you spend such little time in the rooms it didn't matter too much, air con worked fine, the food isn't anything to write home about but the aqua park was a hit with the kids in our group and we wouldn't have had such a good holiday without the animation team, they work so hard and really make an effort with everyone

I had a great relaxing vacation. Hotel rooms are modest but adequate. The animators are very active and entertaining. They care about everyone and want to entertain everyone. The sea was still cold, but we climbed into it anyway. I would recommend this holiday to everyone, I will definitely come back here.

It was a good holiday had really good entertainment and food the works was really nice the rooms was clean had a really good time and enjoyed it a lot the beach was lovely definitely would come again and a good family holiday and the rooms were very clean and service was impeccable could not fault this holiday!!

Amazing staff!! Perfect for the kids!! Kids club, heated indoor pool, lots of outside pools and a waterpark. Entertainment is brilliant for children at night with discos and during the day kids club with different acitivies for a range of age groups
