Staff at the reception were quite friendly and helpful, the dining hall staff, not so much. Only two servers were present at breakfast service and they were not helpful, they were busy clearing tables. When I asked one of them if I could get some silverware, he started muttering under his breath and grudgingly brought me a couple of forks and knives. The food quality was not that great either.
At first sight the room was great, spacious with a Sea view, but my wife could hardly sleep on the beds without developing an allergic reaction to the sheet and pillows.
The swimming area at the beach did not look clean, and there was a bad smell emanating from it. The public beach next to it looked cleaner.

Thanks for every Employees for this Great Vacation in the Regency Hotel and Spa in Monastir. Thanks to the Reception for this very nice Room 519. Thanks for the Waiters they was always Friendly and Nice. Thanks for the Cleaning woman she made a very good Job.They was always delicious Food and Taste.The Bar make good Coktails and try the best for youre Taste.Pool and IndorPool is very clean.Beach is small but was Perfect for me. Sometimes they are algae if it gets too much Hotel will clean this with excavator. But this is Nature was good enough for me.The Animation Team make good Job and Very Friendly. Also the location is Perfect 15min to Shopping Area.I was in a lot Hotel arround the World but here i was really surprised. Thanks for All of you Safe. Best Ragards Martin

Had a brilliant time, some of the staff went above and beyond to satisfy and it made for a great holiday, if you love staying in the hotel then you will love the place, if you like to go on excursions it is limited. Camel rides and the pirate boat half day are a must, I have never had a boat trip as good as that in my life and that is something I do every trip. Party boat central and everyone has to be involved or you face a forfeit. Apart from that not a lot in monistir but to give more, Ali who has the hotel shop is fantastic, will barter and have a laugh but remember you all week and greet you every day. Ali baba sorts the day trips and again never forgets a face and welcomes you daily. Bar staff unbelievable will go shove and beyond and really strained but service with a smile. Only negative is the forceful tracking of the local shop owners trying to get you in to spend, you can get great deals but I didn't like the no means yes attitude when trying to avoid shop the small businesses

The Hotel reception was good. We arrived at 13:30 and we received our room at 14:00. There was no welcome koctail. The room was clean. The food was good, many choices and tasty. The animation group was excellent and welcoming. Over all it was good stay.

Just got back from the Regency. Rooms very clean and cleaned every day, towels changed every day beds changed every other day. All inclusive food was good something different everyday and BBQ every night. Animation team were good. Pool Bar was OK but a bit slow. Warmest pool I've ever been in and the sea was on the door step .All in all a good holiday 👍

For the price, it's a great hotel. You can tell it used to be an upscale hotel, that just hasn't had the flow of guests and money it needs to keep the place current. The bathroom was dated. The service in the hotel was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the water from our balcony.
