A very bad experience at this hotel. The room was in a deplorable state: the faucets were rusty, the bathroom joints were moldy, and a persistent smell of damp made the stay very unpleasant. The walls were dirty, and clearly, no regular maintenance is done.
It's unacceptable to offer such neglected accommodation, especially at this price. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, even for one night. Avoid. The entertainment team was not bad, but the rest of the staff is a disaster; when you don't want to work, you stay home and make way for others. This was the only accommodation left on my route. I regret not having driven a little further to find a decent establishment. The hotel has been in need of updating for many years; take care of it.

Lovely place to stay with my family. We had all inclusive and every single day was different choice of food and what a big choice. Lovely members of staff especially Ahmed the clients support. The animators were lovely. They have a disco nights every night. I hot recommend this place, worth to visit Regency Hotel Spa. See you guys in October. PS: if you give a tip to anyone from the members of staff they will look after you like a part of the family.

My very first time and first solo trip. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I was felt very welcome. Staff are so friendly. From reception, house keeping,security. Bar and waiting staff, animation team so friendly especially alladin and djo. Ali baba with excursions i highly recommend. Went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. Coffee at the bar is absolutely amazing. Lots of drink and food choices. The spa and staff are awesome. Had a really good massage. Peaceful holiday and lots of relaxing. Was presented with a flower from one of the gardeners on my leaving. Sad to be home. Will definitely return.

We are having a wonderful time. The staff are fantastic the bar staff are fabulous, the animation team are wonderful, we love them all , they work so hard! The food is really good and the waiters are really attentive, sometimes food is a bit cold but I just heat it up in the microwave that's in dining room. It's really clean, the cleaning team work so hard . Originally booked for 9 nights but having such a relaxing and wonderful holiday, we're going to extend the break. I cannot tell you just how amazing the staff are , they should get a pay rise !

First time to monister beautiful country and the hotel was so nice and clean. Wasn't keen on the food too bland for me. But did have alot of selections on food. What made the hotel were the entertainment team. They were brilliant kept us all going with different activities and dancing at night and doing different shows. I would like to thank bibou. Jo. Aladin Pablo nino and barbie. Miss u all already thanks for the great entertainment

Had a nice relaxing time. Not to busy at this time of year. Hotel a little dated. Good food choice although could be warmer. Animation team are really good. Pablo spent a bit of time chatting with us as he is just learning the ropes and trying to get to grip with different accents. Had to slow down and speak properly lol.
