I have stayed a week at Royal Kenz. The hotel needs some updating for a 4 star hotel. Our AC was leaking but no one bothered to tend to it, despite reporting it at reception. It wasn’t until my friend slipped that they sent someone up. There is little in the way of entertainment not just at the hotel but the local area. We ended up going to Hard Rock Cafe most nights. The ‘alcoholic’ drinks at the hotel are probably like 1% alcohol. Unless you pay for drink from the American Bar. There are people who have come back year after year as they have enjoyed it so much but its not for me. The food was nice. Try to avoid Saturdays - its like a market!! I think they give day passes to people so when you want to get lunch or dinner you have to navigate swarms of people pushing past you, unattended children jumping/running around. If you go late most of the dishes will be finished. Some of the staff do a fabulous job. I also felt safe walking around the local area with my friends in the evening

Overall the hotel was fine, could have done with more snacks and sunbeds as there were clearly more guests than sunbeds. Also the indoor pool felt like false advertising as it shows when you book its a nice quiet place for adults. Yet each time I went it was full of kids.

I wouldn’t say this hotel is a 4 star. Probably 2 star. The staff were excellent and always made lots of effort with us. Bebo and Afifa were really nice. The entertainment was really fun. However the hotel rooms were appalling. Our AC wasn’t working and the bathroom sink and bathroom were blocked. The state of the bathroom was in such a bad condition with water leaking and cracks in the walls. Also a lot of tourists complained as this hotel allows the locals to come into the hotel and bring as many kids as they want on the weekend which makes the place so packed. We were waiting in a 30 minute queue just to enter the restaurant in the evening with the locals pushing in. During the day, they would run out of drinks therefore unable to serve us. Even though this was an all inclusive it didn’t feel like it as after 10 there was no food or snacks available. Overall, the staff were perfect but the standards need to be improved.

Brilliant holiday was had here. Private beach an added bonus. Weather was lovely. Sarah our TUI rep was brilliant. Nice stroll away from the port. Not much outside of the complex but it was a fantastic holiday and so cheap.

On the whole I rate this hotel 💯 % and would not hesitate in coming back again.

Liked the hotel! Territory and rooms! Wonderful attitude of the staff and guides of the Anex tour! Excellent food and service in restaurants and bars! thank you chefs and waiters! Cleanliness in the rooms and carpeting even in the corridors and the architecture of the hotel - beautiful halls and decoration with mosaic walls and openwork chandeliers! Everything is very pleasing to the eye! A wonderful team of animators - do not let you get bored! Only the beach by the sea needs to be cleaned of algae - go into the sea through a bunch of algae! Nice spa and sea water pool! The outdoor pools are also clean and beautiful!

First time in Tunisia! The country has a very interesting history! I went on excursions in Tunisia, the capital in Carthage, in the Colosseum, in the Sahara! I got a lot of impressions! And the hotel is just beautiful with excellent infrastructure!

Admin was awful, tried to check out an hour before we had to leave, nearly missed our flight because they did not put the tax we paid on to their system and said we did not pay it. Tried to charge us again. Their receipt machine didn't work and reassured us it was all filed when we paid as soon as we arrived. Treated us awfully. Service otherwise was excellent, especially the staff who made us special meals and remembered our orders for dinner each night. The cleaning service was excellent and those ladies were so kind. Despite coming in December the hotel was gorgeous and the facilities especially the spa were 5 star. It's a shame their admin service let us down and accused us of lying when we needed to get a flight and sorted paid for everything well in advance to avoid a last min rush. Because of that, I would really recommend one of the other hotels in the area, and there are plenty!
