Royal Kenz Hotel Thalasso & Spa

We visited the Royal Kenz hotel from the 26th July- 9Th August and it has to be the best hotel i’ve ever stayed at. The room was always immaculate with fresh towels and sheets due to the lovely cleaners. The restaurant offers plenty of food and drink options throughout the day and the waiters are so friendly and accommodating, they truly went above and beyond. Now to the daytime activities and the animation team, throughout the day there was always activities and games to take part in (mini golf, french bouls, darts, aqua dance, volleyball, cornhole and many more). Throughout the day amigo, daly, chico, speedy, akrem and luca were always making sure we were included and having the best time. The nighttime program was amazing and catered to all ages. A special mention to Luca for her hard work and involvement on a nighttime, she really gave us some lifelong memories to look back on. She was never too busy to make conversation with us as she passed and even managed to get us on the dance floor most nights.

We've been going to Kantaoui for many years and this is one of the best hotels we've been to. The staff, without exception, are the friendliest and most helpful people, just wonderful. Mealtimes were a bit hectic but there was plenty of variety of food, some gluten free options and everything tasty. The room was a little tired and the towels need throwing out and replacing, but other than that it was exceptional.

I stayed at the Royal Ken’s with my family for a week. The hotel is great and clean, the staff is kind and helpful. Always asking if you are okay. Room was always refreshed. Food is great and different everyday so everyone will definitely find something for themselves. What really made our stay was the animation team. They made me want to stay in the hotel for the daily games and shows every evening. Maria works in the kids club and she is the greatest and most amazing person. Even though my child couldn’t attend the kids club due to being too young, Maria always made sure to make time to come up and play cars with my child. He absolutely loved her, and from what I’ve seen, so do all the kids in the hotel. Maria is always so happy and polite. You can see that she loves working with kids and they make her happy by enjoying themselves. Chico, the main man on the stage, amazing host, always smiling on stage and taking care of adult entertainment every day. He will always stop for a chat and enjoys learning new languages. I was surprised as he spoke few on stage. Amigo the funny team member, you will always see him dancing around. I was always a shy person to dance but he brought my confidence by including me in dances at Disco time in the evening. Smiley as it’s visible in the name- always smiling. He makes sure no one is left out for any games throughout the day. Smiley goes around to every person and gets people to play mini games such as water polo etc. He is very polite and always will make you smile. Over all the whole animation team made my stay great and I will definitely recommend this hotel just because of the animation team

This was our first time visiting Tunisia and we were not disappointed. From first checking into the Royal Kenz to checking out after 14 nights the staff went over and above to make you welcome and are the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in all the other countries I’ve visited. Special thanks to Habib you ensured our glasses were never empty and was one of the most genuine friendly people I’ve met. Rooms were cleaned daily as was the hotel to an excellent standard and the entertainment team were active from morning to night getting everyone involved. The private beach was just 3 minutes walk away from the hotel with good security there aswel as being at the hotel. You have a few stalls within the hotel were you can sign up for camel rides, quad bike excursions to water sports if that’s your preference. There was a huge choice of food selections available at all meal times, the only negative would be rude guests pushing in front of you at the food counters and taking more food than they can eat. Small but often tips to the staff ensure your treated like royalty and is always appreciated. We are already planned our next visit, See you soon David & Lynne x

As soon as me and my wife arrived at the Royal Kenz Hotel Tunisia, we were greeted with kindness and compassion, we stayed for 14 Days and from start to finish all the hotel staff and management were so kind and helpful. One member of staff from the Animation team named "Mr Bean" was particularly helpful and friendly towards us and along with the other staff made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel was great and the food was absolutely amazing. It wasn't that busy with other holiday guests so it had an even more relaxed feeling.

Had a brilliant week. Room every spacious and spotless, a little dated but still nice. Had everything in it that was needed. Food - very good with so much choice. Wasn't that Impressed with the ala carte I'd say the main restaurant is better. Waiters seem extremely stretched though, doing a fantastic job but can't keep up with the turnover of people and clearing tables, really felt for them. It got extremely busy at the end of Ramadan and it felt like the local people made demands and were quite rude to the waiting staff. Pools looked amazing, a tad cold to go in but big and always plenty of beds and space around the pool and grass areas. The beach area looked lovely and I can imagine it will be great when the beach bar opens. Just a 5 minute walk. Drinks - not the best but I did like the wine! Lots of people took their own spirits on a night. Entertainment- the team were fantastic. Work so hard and aren't pushy. Luka was brilliant, new to the team and so enthusiastic. The whole team were great. I did find the lady looking after the children a little bit odd. Didn't go out of her way to be friendly. But everyone else fantastic. The acts that were brought in weren't the best but we still had a good time. The bar staff were great. All in all a really good hotel, would I return? Absolutely, there's nothing not to like.

Lovely stay at TUI SUNEO Royal Kenz Hotel, this weekend. Location - Note this is not a beach front hotel, however apprx 5 mins walks from the hotel gate and your there! Hotel - Really spacious but needs modernising in areas. Overall it is functional, kept clean and has lots to offer to fill those holiday days . Food - I always found something to eat, often luke warm but these is a microwave close by. Lots of variety for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Staff - From the Bell man on arrival to the Reception Guys, Chef's, Waiters, Cleaners and Entertainment team (Chico, Ahmed and crew👏🏾) t Thank you. We received great customer service and some good conversations had. Special- Witnessing staff offer genuine support and inclusion to All! From the moment we arrived it was a wonderful oasis of calm. The room we did upgrade before arrival. It was huge and the sitting area was great. The team here are tight and focused on making your stay perfect. I highly recommend tipping the team in the dining area. We tipped £5 per day and had a table reserved for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This for us was perfect. -great food -wonderful team -amazing masseurs - clean and comfortable -helpful team - we’re going again!

We went to the Tui Suneo Royal Kenz Hotel for our first time in Tunisia as a family of four. The hotel was clean and it wasn't so crowded as it's not peak season. The staff were so polite and helpful as we arrived at 11pm and though the restaurant was closed, they made sure we ate something before we headed to bed. They were a total lifesaver when I realised I brought the wrong charging adapter for my phone so they lent one for me to use on my stay (a European two pin adapter for those wondering). My sibling and I had a room to ourselves and our parents another but, they were further down the corridor from us and so the staff were very accommodating as they let us move into the room next to our parents the next morning once they had it prepared for us. I was very grateful as not many hotels would do something like that. I should note the room we moved from and into were exactly the same so it may have been okay on that occasion as it wouldn't have affected anyone's booking. The rooms were very clean and have very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were very clean too. I have no complaints except for that the rooms were a little old fashioned and it didn't provide a kettle for making teas and coffees like other hotels and they provided a mini fridge but, it was empty. Also if you're looking to iron your clothes, you have to pay for their laundry services, they won't give you an iron so you can do it yourself, you have to give the clothes that need ironing the day before and they'll charge you per item, prices vary depending on the item of clothing. The food at the hotel was wonderful, they had lots of different world cuisines to try and the wait staff were so kind and polite ensuring we were satisfied with our meals, our tables were clean and our drinks were filled. I would mention that depending on how you had booked your holiday, you might be entitled to a free meal at the A La Carte restaurant which we had unfortunately missed out on as weren't aware that it was included so, I would contact the hotel beforehand to see if that's included in your holiday. The Tui rep at the hotel was wonderful, letting us know of the places we can do and how much to pay for them and also giving us safety tips as well which was very helpful. If you're going to the port, I'd recommend getting a taxi or wearing comfortable shoes like trainers as it's around a 30-40 minute walk from the hotel and we severally underestimated the walk but, the second time around it was fine. There's a spa and a hairdressers within the hotel which you'll have to pay for separately for their services. I did use the spa and got a little package which included massages, sauna and steam which was very relaxing. I had also had the Keratine treatment to my hair too and I think they did a pretty good job. We booked some excursions with Joseph who works within the hotel but, I think his company is seperate to tbe hotel we thought it would have been safer and he'd be able to give us l
