Well at first this hotel is called El Mouradi Port el Kantaoui, not to confuse with El Mouradi Palace because it's just close to it and there is a path that takes you to El Mouradi Palace. Had a week at this hotel bar & waiting staff very friendly (looking for tips) room was OK apart from ants in bathroom, desk was melamine but front edge separated & dirty. I don't think corridor or room carpet was hooverd in the week was there. Plenty of food & drink, food was a bit repetitive & some of it basic but for the price I paid quite good value.

A beautifully spaced out hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant buffet food has always been delicious and freshly made. It has its own beautiful private beach which is always nice and clean. There is jet skiing, parachuting (pulled by a speedboat), horse riding on the beach....about 100 metres from the hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and we have nothing but praises! The staff is super friendly, they met every request we had, the entertainment is amazing, rooms are clean, the pool is amazing! We would kindly recommend the all inclusive package. And remember to tip!

Not 5 stars at all. Very dirty rooms, without proper cleaning. They clean it every day, but superficial. Pool is nice, but also dirty and full of sand. Meals are always the same. In 10 days of my stay, I was surprised only once to have dinner 5 stars quality. People that work in that hotel usually have very low knowledge of English. Waiters are polite. I wouldn't come back.

Not really 5* hotel Staff very friendly but loežw quality of service. You need always to ask for something (e.g., for toiletries, change of hairdryer that us not working etc) Maybe the reason is that they are fully booked and hotel is big. Amazing hotel, very clean and nice rooms! Food is very delicious and there's a huge variety of everything. Service were motsly so kind and nice except one waiter who was trying to flirt with me and my sister and that made us feel uncomfortable . Great hotel and wonderful staff! All personal made effort to interact and provide an wonderful stay, the animation staff were exceptional. The only thing we could suggest is the rooms could do with a general upgrading but the rest of the hotel was very modern. Overall the hotel was fine, could have done with more snacks and sunbeds as there were clearly more guests than sunbeds. Also the indoor pool felt like false advertising as it shows when you book its a nice quiet place for adults. Yet each time I went it was full of kids.

Admin was awful, tried to check out an hour before we had to leave, nearly missed our flight because they did not put the tax we paid on to their system and said we did not pay it. 10th time june 20 2022 1 week so got a room upgrade to 2054 with good views. Treated like royalty. Only downside was beach bar sold as a tacky a la carte with a rude owner. The hotel is excellent and very clean. The food is also amazing. However, there is one problem: the waitstaff. If you don't give them tips, they won't serve you politely and often have an angry expression with no smile. On a positive note, the animation is good as well.

Riviera is a cool hotel. It has everything you need. The food is good, especially after a few days when you get used to it. The staff is great, and everyone is friendly. The hotel itself is not new and some of the decor is dated, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are warm. The pool area is lovely and the beach has lovely fine sand. Good food in the à la carte restaurant and the BBQ resto.

Hotel Marhaba Palace and the staff have exceeded my expectations. Very hospitable and friendly people. Great facilities, genuinely welcomed, food varied and delicious, excellent spa/leisure/activities/nightly entertainment. The hotel is a little aged in parts but is kept spotlessly clean, rooms well presented. Overall a well managed 4+ star hotel. I look forward to returning again in the future

The hotel is not as luxurious as in the photos, but the staff is really kind and helpful. The excursion booked in the hotel was a big scam. We should go on a boat trip in Sousse with animation and lunch (30€ per person). Instead of that the bus took us to Monastir without telling where we are going and there was not a real animation at all (the staff on the boat was kind).

An ultra secure hotel to stay in the Sousse area, only ten minutes ride away from the Medina ( 15-20 Dirhams ) offering very good sized, super clean rooms with fantastic see view ( I recommend this upgrade ) and a varied and good quality breakfast. Had 2 marvellous weeks at the Kant hotel 13th to 27th June. Could not find fault with anything.Food very good with good choice even fried eggs for breakfast! Staff were second to none friendly and good fun. Cleanliness in rooms was excellent and air con in bedrooms which is lovely. The hotel is wonderful, the staff are very attentive and always try to please. The food is buffet style, you will never stay hungry, food for every taste, a lot of fruits.
