El Mouradi Mahdia

At first they gave us a twin bed room and when we changed it the dressing was smelling very bed so we kept it close all the time .
The housekeeping service was good and the staff generally were very nice sweet and professional.
The menu however was repetitive but good in general and some dishes were very delicious. The price was ok we paid 200 dollars for 3 nights ALLIN.
We did not really enjoy the entertainment because we were either tired sleeping or working ( as I work remotely) or out discovering the city but the last day we stayed late the evening was nice and also during the day we spent it most of it by the pool it was also nice .

This hotel definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars.
It has some nice features like pretty good food and beautiful hall but the rooms are really old and require renovation.
And also be advised, 90% of the Tunisian people, doesn’t speak English, even the schedule is written in English which for the international hotel is really stupid in my opinion

My previous experience with El Mouradi hotels was much better. This hotel is not worth the money. The hotel is very dirty. Dirty tablecloths in the restaurant. Dirty towels and bugs in the rooms. For days, the machines for juices and beer did not work. Air conditioners in most hotels do not work or do not even have them. The pool is dirty, the sunbeds are broken and the sunbed mattresses are cracked and dirty with sand. The staff is slow; if you don't tip them, they won't serve you and are very rude.

Worst hotel experience I ever had !!! It doesn't even deserve 1 star... how come 5 !!

Room service 0, hygiene -10, reception 0...

We have booked for a room with a double bed and beach view, I was surprised by 2 separated beds for us. When I asked for the bed we have paid for, the receptionist explained to us that it's not available for everyone !!!! We had to stay on two separated beds the whole stay.

The room is not clean at all ! My baby boy has stepped on someone else nail on the carpet the second day of our stay! Also hair on the floor

Everything in the room is old ! Everything, from the carpet, the bathroom mirror, the windows, the TV, everything !

Mini fridge is broken and rotten !

We have found someone else dirt on the towel (pictures)

Restaurant glass is greasy and not clean ! We also found a hair on the soup :(

Also, no hungers on the dressing ! I've been asking for them 3 days straight, nothing.

The room service take the shower towel in the morning and you stay with nothing until 6PM or plus..

I have never been this disappointed in my life ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !! Save your money for another place that worth it !
