Hotel Carlton

From Booking to late checkout the entire trip was in a different class. I cannot thank and praise enough the wonderful staff at the hotel. A team that are a true asset to the business. All so warm, professional, highly trained, personable and friendly. Our room was stunning and ready early when we arrived. We look forward to return.

The a/c not working during the quarantine period and a lot of mosquitoes 🦟🦟🦟🦟

We chose this hotel to stay during the quarantine for one week and paid good money, because it was supposed to be all included.

The food was delicious and the staff, in general, was nice. Especially the receptionists were very helpful and kind.

But there were some problems I want to point out. There was not sufficient drinking water in the room and when I ran out of drinking water on my 3rd day, I had to pay to get more drinking water which I think should be included in the price.

The rooms are very clean and nice but there are no kettles to have coffee or tea. In an ordinary stay it could be okay, but during a quarantine, going out for a coffee is not an option.
We were told to call the restaurant to get beverages. But every time we called the lady in the restaurant made us feel very stressful, she got angry that we called and she sometimes did not even send us what we asked for. When we called again to ask after hours of waiting, she started to disconnect the telephone!
Considering that we were in quarantine and could not leave our rooms, this was very very uncomfortable!
One last thing to mention is that while the bathrooms are wide and clean, most of the time it was hard to get hot water to take a shower.
