SIGNATURE GARDEN Hotel & SPA

I’m currently staying at this so-called 5-star hotel with my group of 30 people. Most of us are in double and triple rooms. Some guests have already left, and others will have different activities in the morning. From the moment we arrived, the service has been anything but five-star. They only provided one key card per room, which is used for both opening the door and activating the electricity. When I asked for an additional card, they refused — and the reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve traveled the world and have never experienced such poor service. At one point, I was left 30 minutes without electricity, because the receptionist opened the door but didn’t come back with the key card for power, as promised. I was left in the dark, literally, until my roommate returned. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The service is absolutely unacceptable, and the staff is shockingly disrespectful. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Actualmente me estoy hospedando en este supuesto hotel de 5 estrellas con mi grupo de 30 personas. La mayoría estamos en habitaciones dobles y triples. Algunos ya se fueron y otros tendrán actividades distintas por la mañana. Desde el momento de la llegada, el servicio ha sido todo menos de cinco estrellas. Solo proporcionaron una tarjeta por habitación, que sirve tanto para abrir la puerta como para activar la electricidad. Pedí otra tarjeta y se negaron, y el personal de recepción fue increíblemente grosero y poco profesional. He viajado por todo el mundo y nunca había experimentado un servicio tan malo. En un momento, estuve 30 minutos sin electricidad, porque el recepcionista abrió la puerta pero no regresó con la tarjeta, como había prometido. Estuve en la oscuridad total hasta que regresó mi compañera de habitación. Eviten este hotel a toda costa. El servicio es inaceptable y el personal increíblemente irrespetuoso. Una de las peores experiencias hoteleras que he tenido.

Decadent hotel. They offer a breakfast and dinner buffet, but it is very limited: not even natural juice!!! The rooms are modest and the bathroom floods with every shower. The reception staff are friendly, but the girls at the restaurant are rude.
