Horrible - this was the accommodation provided by our airline due to our flight being delayed for 24 hours and it couldn't have gotten any worse. The bathrooms were dirty, there was no water at all for most of our stay and the rooms just smell of cigarettes all the time. The breakfast was also of really poor quality. I would not pay to stay here and especially for anything longer than a night if needed.

Very average hotel, breakfast wasn't the best. Rooms are decent enough. Worst thing is the stink of cigarettes everywhere non stop. Wouldn't come here again.

A good cheap hotel, great location as well, room is nice although the bathrooms need a little work, service is decent too and the breakfast in the morning which is included is amazing for its variety and options. Nice staff too.

I had the absolute BEST hammam experience under Hotel Grand Kayalar. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The place was spotless and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment to relax.
The hammam treatment was beyond amazing – it felt authentic, rejuvenating, and incredibly thorough. But the highlight? The massage. Without a doubt, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. The staff were professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They really took their time and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire session.
Everyone there was warm, kind, and attentive – truly great people and top-tier service. If you’re in the area, do not miss this experience. I left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend! 💆♂️✨
