Pool & Sunbeds The rule about not reserving sunbeds before 08:30 is fair and generally well-managed. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member responsible for enforcing this rule

Matters escalated to the point where a manager had to intervene after a particularly rude and abrasive receptionist (female, short red/orange hair) shouted over me rather than letting me explain

This was an unpleasant start to what should have been a relaxing holiday. Reception staff are the first people guests encounter, and some courtesy and listening skills would go a long way

When a travel agent provides specific requests—such as ensuring a single woman has a room next to her sister and brother-in-law—there is usually a valid reason for doing so

If the front of house staff were as courteous and had the language skills of the staff who attend the pools and restaurants things would improve greatly

The food was excellent, offering a wide variety around the clock—there is genuinely something for everyone at any time of day

Service from skaters to the unit, big praise to everyone, especially Husein. We used the services of the hotel wellness, parasailing and the hotel photographer. Special thanks to Intan and Soykan at the reception

Food was outstanding and something for everyone. Another personal issue I had was the noise from the entertainment that went on until after 11pm but would not mark down for this it’s my personal choice

The hotel is beautiful, clean everywhere, the room is perfectly cleaned every day, large pools, they cook excellently there, rich breakfast, lunches by the pool and on the beach, themed dinners

We've just got back from a fantastic week, absolutely loved every minute! Stunning hotel inside and out! Food was amazing! So much choice and something for everyone even the kids! Can always get something to eat and drink at any time of the day

Just finishing our 11 night stay here and not got a negative word to say. Hotel/Staff: The staff are very attentive and focussed on helping. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch with cleaners always to be seen

The main pool is also great, however getting a bed was harder as you would need to be up early for one. The indoor pool was well needed on the hot days. Food: Dinner was great as there was always plenty to choose from

The facilities at the hotel were exceptional and all staff went above and beyond! My family and I had an amazing time! Whilst staying at miracle, my partner had a birthday and the housekeeping staff decorated our room and left a cake and card

The lifeguards were very strict on this and asking all the time and then checking with reception if they didn't believe you. Maybe they should give 12 & 16 year old different coloured wrist bands so they know ‍♀️

You have to be 12 to go on with someone and 16 on your own, which left my 10 year old a bit upset. I personally think it should be a height thing as there are some 12 year old smaller than my 10 year old ‍♀️

Resort does not have direct beach access but runs speed boat that gets you to the beach which has sunbeds and a pool bar. There is live music at pool bar after dinner. There are entertainment shows at the main arena

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with good sized bathrooms. Food on the buffet is good with lots of choices. The adults only dinning area is great

booked 2 weeks holiday at trendy lara hotel in antalya turkey we arrived in a late flight where we were able to get a meal when we arrived the staff go above and beyond nothing is to much for them to help you

hotel manager called black boy also goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. the animation team put different games and shows on for all ages they work so hard to entertain you

The pool bar is well staffed with great service from the friendly staff. This was my second stay here with the next booked

Hotel is beautiful, not very far from the airport very family friendly, food to cater for everyone with a buffet and multiple ale cart restaurants , plenty of choice for snacks and drinks throughout the day and night

This is our second stay at this wonderful hotel. We love everything about this hotel. The reason we love it so much is the fact that my, husband, myself and my children especially love the entertainment staff

The best holiday location for your family! From being so accommodating from check in, to having a verity of different things to do. The food is available from all hours of the day and drinks on tap

The food is excellent with a huge variety, the daytime entertainment and evening shows are very nice and entertaining. The staff are all very friendly and smiling. You feel very comfortable here

We like the activities and entertainment throughout the day the most, great team, I would especially like to praise the animator Emin Yamal, who made our day more enjoyable

First time staying at the resort, here for a week. Everything has been brilliant so far, rented a cabana by the pool and service was excellent!

Lovely hotel, great food selection all made fresh everyday, waffle bar ice cream parlours beach bars and pool snack bars too much to choose from! Amazing coffee bar, staff can’t do enough for you especially Hussain at the cabanas, he knew our favourite drinks and had them delivered to us at our cabana within minutes of arrival every day

Splash park was amazing, water is freezing but we needed that to cool down from the 42° heat! Our son did have a little bump/cut on eye on one of the smaller sides but the lifeguards, on site doctor and guest relations were really helpful and helped us sort out a hospital visit

The other pool we visited a lot was by the main exit on the lower floor. It was much quieter and easy to keep our little boys face dry while this healed as it had two much more shallow pools that our son could paddle in

Breakfast was mostly the same but enough choice that it didn't get repetitive. We visited the main buffet for tea most nights and there was lots of choice every night and everything we tried was delicious

Hotel was lovely, food was good especially the seasoned fries, the night entertainment was enjoyable, the drinks were branded which is a positive

Since it was March, we did not use the sea and pool, but they had very large and beautiful pools. The sea and pier also looked beautiful

We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea

WOW!! Where do I start?? The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!

The food is very diverse and very delicious. All the restaurants in the hotel are of high-level restaurant quality. It is very clear that they use the best of every product without compromising on quality in food

She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay

You can walk to the waterfall at a leisurely pace in 20 minutes, preferably in the evening when the lights turn on. Of the minuses, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, if you don’t use your own Internet it will be annoying

We had a rest on our own! We booked the first days in one room in the club sector! The second part of the rest and accommodation in the main building! Everything is great!  Bars, cocktails, coffee, sea, concerts!!  We really liked it!

The short walk to the beach leads to a beautiful pier with more sun beds and access to sea swimming. The nearby water sports were well run and varied

Beautiful resort, but does not take US credit card Beautiful resort on Lara Beach having everything you need for a wonderful stay. The food was delicious! The room was very clean and spacious

A great location for the perfect beach holiday! The hotel amenities were excellent and the variety of food was great especially the lunch time selection

The pool and beach were large and well maintained. My only complaint was that they do not accept US credit cards and we had to wire money upon check-in

Our daughter of 8years old absolutely loved the Barry Star kids club – the activities were fun, engaging, and well-organized

A true all inclusive!! This hotel has all a family need to relax and enjoy during a vacation! There are only two things that could make it above perfection! The rooms in main building could be a bit bigger specifically for families with kids they are small

Getting a car to go into town, the aquarium or Land of Legends was super simple. The pools are cool, the night shows are better and the night spots to dance with family and friends was super fun and incredible

There were separate ones: for vegans, with pickles, with cheeses, with spices, with jams, as well as with national cuisine, some region of Turkey. For 6 days, we never ate the same thing twice

The hotel is well adapted for guests in wheelchairs: everywhere is barrier-free, a regular economy room is spacious enough to pass. The bathroom and shower cabin are also quite large

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

We found other waiters to sometimes get the order incorrect and bring us a different drink as to what was actually ordered. Some waiters were writing the order down which would have helped if they all did the same

We did find the next day they had managed to fully fix it while we were out during the day. There is a mini bar fridge in the room. this is free and topped up daily with water, drinks, beers and snacks

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day

Drinks are served to guests by waiters/waitresses on roller-skates. Zeynep was fantastic at getting the drinks and snacks orders back to us promptly and more importantly the order being correct

As we were told if the door is open, the AC would stop working. We called down to reception and an engineer came up right away. He managed to get the door to close for that night

The food was great, with many a la carte options, pool was clean, waterpark was great, 24 hour service was great, everybody was incredibly nice. Full hygienic kits, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, pads etc

Full free unlimited minibar access with nice juices, beers and water, fully restocked everyday. absolutely amazing - I never saw that before. The Fish a la carte restaurant is dreamy

I have been to over 50 hotels in my life, including half a dozen similar resorts and never had such a great experience

Eating great food at the beach, in Greek music, the waves, candlelight and a full moon in the back is what dreams are made of 4. The electronic games that are very cheap and lots of fun

The dining facilities are very good, occupying a beautiful beach, the Mediterranean Sea is clear, you can see the snow-capped mountains on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other side, the scenery is unbeatable, three meals and afternoon tea, all available, it should be said that food is available 24 hours a day

Sea view room, you can see the sunset, and the sunrise, the snow-capped mountains turn into golden mountains

Absolutely excellent resort - service, food and rooms were up to the standard I expected at this resort. Staff often went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable and were always happy to help when asked

The room was very comfortable and the location was great! The hotel is right by the sea, and there is an elevator across the road to the beach. It was raining when we checked in, and we rented two for 20 euros

I had a small complication with my booking due to my mistake; and the Reception desk (special thanks to Ali) was very helpful in solving the problem

Shuttle is every 20min from the hotel to their beach area which is great. Beach area itself was nice, had drinks bar and staff serving food and drinks. Although the beach itself was not very clean which was disappointing

Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement

I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception

As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday

Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER

It has a patisserie which is part of the all inclusive and you can eat ice cream and other goodies there as well as relax in their lounges. The food and the constant snacks keep one full and happy

Arrived on my birthday and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make it a special occasion. They arranged a la carte Italian meal for us, which was incredible

Excellent hotel. The rooms are a bit tired (clean and cozy, but time takes its toll), but everything else is at a very good level.

Very beautiful views of the sea and very kid friendly. Had a lot of activites available for children like waterpark and kids play area. One thing I would say is the rooms itself were not that amazing

Lovely Hotel with Great Service – Just a Few Minor Niggles We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Plaza Antalya. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit

Yes, it can feel a little repetitive, but that’s typical of many all-inclusive stays. We dined out a few evenings but were still impressed overall. Now, on to the all-inclusive drinks—this was a bit of a letdown

Everything was fresh, and there was a wide variety of dishes each day—plenty of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan options, along with a huge salad bar. I’m quite fussy with food, but honestly couldn’t fault it

A special mention and 5 stars go to the Customer Relations gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name), who went above and beyond to help me through a really upsetting experience with a local dentist

I had an ultra all inclusive package, so I had free drinks and food at any corners of the hotel. Room: is super clean, with a part sea view, comfortable bed, all necessary small kids in the bath

Location was perfect,staff were very attentive and polite,hotel was spotless. Only dislike was no English tv Chanel. and sometimes the maid forgot to fill tea and coffee tray in our room

There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not

I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most

I loved how close we were to the seaside, the beach access was good too. Unfortunately the beaches were all rocky, and the traffic was quite horrid. The room was quite nice, the food was overpriced
