Spartac the host was really excellent and even our kids loved him. We honestly could not have asked for a better host. Now the apartment itself was beautiful, the decor and cleanliness was 10 out of 10

The host was there to greet us even though we arrive at 1am local time. We was welcoming and even helped with our luggage. Once inside the apartment, he showed us around and how to operate everything

Helped me download a local food app to get food delivered and was always on site throughout our stay for any problems we may have. He helped us when we checked out and again helped with our luggage

Set us up on wifi and even offered to take us to the local shop to get some essentials for the kids

it's not a 3 * but a good 4 * with a big +. The apartment is very spacious with all the comforts necessary for everyday use. Clean, fragrant, furniture and well-kept interior. Front desk service at the highest level

Great hotel with spacious large apartments done to high standards. Room very quite and comfortable. Hotel has got outside swimming pool to relax. Staff really friendly and accommodating

I stayed there for 10 days in August 2022. I had standard double room and i loved my stay there. Everything was exceptional, from house cleaning to the staff, from food to the location of the hotel

Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient toilet/bathroom Great service The apartment gets cleaned properly and thoroughly every second day, bedding and towels get changed and all necessities get replaced

No other option was provided by owner when I made a complaint. May be there's no option, as the other apart-building has bigger apartments

I will highly recommend booking this place for your stay in Antalya in Konyaalti beach area, the neighborhood is quite and it’s away from all the bars and noise. Definitely coming back here again

A nice place close to sea with a very loud restaurant outside, a bit pricey. We stayed at Sokak 413 (they own several apart buildings) Rented it out on airbnb but missed the time to leave a review

Housekeeping not very good , our flat was dirty, if you don't want to clean floor just leave a hoover in the room, did find on the floor in the living room Needle. Good we don't have kids or pets

Elevator does not reach the penthouse floor. So you have to climb 1 floor by stairs

There is a small cafe and a store on premises if you need a snack, furthermore, supermarkets and bakeries are in walking distance. Internet speed was enough to stream movies in good quality

Upon arrival we were told that the room we booked was not available. Unfortunately, the staff didnt really speak English, so we had a lot of discussion via my friend on the phone (as the translator)

I contacted them via WhatsApp to book the place and their hospitality started right from there! When we reached the place, we were welcome in the reception by Bahar Aziz and she is a very kind person who helped us quickly settle down well

We came here to stay for two weeks, so I chose Z-suites, which was a great choice since the staff are very friendly, the rooms are amazingly clean and large, and the quality of the janitors’ cleaning is very high standard

The room was spacious and modernly furnished, with good enough noise cancellation and everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. We stored our bicycles in an underground parking which was very convenient

Everyone is very helpful at reception. Always met any requests with a smile. And cleaning is very thorough with a lot of attention to detail. Yeter, Nazan, and Sevim do an amazing job at cleaning

The location of the hotel is unbeatable: you can walk to different restaurants along the seashore and enjoy the stunning views; walk to places where you can swim in a crystal clean water; go for a run or visit a nearby shopping mall if you need to buy something

not true as the beach is a few kms away but theres a shuttle yo & fro; Rooms are cleaned every other day and you'd need to ask for this service; 2 bottles of water are given daily but have to be picked from the reception; there was no safe in the room but down the staircase, there are little lock-away with keys that could keep little items

The place is good, the room is good, but the cleanliness is very bad, the service is very poor, the hotel staff is ill-treated, not smiling, and does not welcome guests properly, except for a young employee named Anas, who is understanding and excellent in dealing with hotel guests and is very helpful and respectful

I was complaining to administrator and calling the hotel number, later it became warm just enough for a quick shower, and only in the evening I noticed it hot again

One of the room is a modified Balcony with glass windows all around. So with the heat of Antalya don't expect the aircon to cool, especially in the day time

We stayed for 8 nights here we are a family of 2 adults and 6 kids. We were accommodated at 4th floor. No lifts hence you carry your own laggage via stairs

The stuff is friendly and ready to help you any time! There is a pizza place on the first floor, and the pizza is very good! Conclusion: If you are looking for good location, cheap, cozy and clean accommodation - this is the place for you!
