Avoid Staying Here - Extremely Disappointing!!
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The cleanliness was unacceptable, very bad!! They even reused soap bottles, and the food was of poor quality and even had insects. Additionally, the WiFi was unreliable and didn’t work properly. I would strongly advise against staying here - staff at reception asked us to give them good reviews, so if you see any positive review you know why it is!

We had 4 nights reservation, we arrived 9:00pm, got shocked, hardly spent the night, checked out the 2nd day at 10:00, the staff in lala land, didn’t even ask why we checked out 4 days earlier.
Not recommended AT ALL! TRUST ME IM DOING YOU A FAVOR.

This was the worst and horrible stay at this hotel. My room was not clean they left a big hash tray full of cigarettes and joints the smell in the room was horrible as we arrived late we had to open the window and the balcony we suffered during the night and next day we showed the reception the picture of the cigarettes they said they are sorry and maybe the housekeeper forgot to take it and they called the housekeepers manager to see who did that . we went to the beach when we came back we showered got ready to go out one of my friend was checking her money and she was robbed, they took 300$ from her bag. Before going to the beach we counted our money so we are sure that the housekeepers stole it ( maybe as revenge as we complained about cleaning!!!) . We complained to the receptionist and they weren’t shocked or anything they told us they will check the cameras later they said no one entered the room apart from the housekeeper and we can’t prouve that they took it and even if they did they wouldn’t admit .
We got food poisoning from the drinks ( I think that the alcohol is fake) . After having your drinks we were sick for two days me and my roommates. The three of us had allergies spot from the food . Then the receptionists asked us to lie and give the hotel five stars without giving us any solution to our problems. We had the worst holiday ever. This is very dangerous to other tourists . We didn’t feel safe we were carrying our money and passports all the time and our health was declining due to the poor quality of service and food.

Just back from this gorgeous hotel!people it all lies. The hotel is old smelly terrible. Kitchen horror slop!service is,supposedly, no one knows English and ignore all your indignation!if you are considering as an option the hotel is Costa,I pray you not to go there!we went from a tour company Anex tour. The guide was Alim,frostbitten type!offered us to move 500ue in a hotel of this type!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!FU

Dirt in the rooms! Was from 24 September to 16 October 2017. The staff is very friendly, immediately responds to requests,but very inept in terms of cleaning. When tyknite in the mud, he smiles and begins to scrub. Baksheesh leave,of course. I taught him how to wash the toilet. He didn't know that when I pour the wash bowls, you have five minutes to wait. As a result,to our departure,the toilet we have shone. The hotel is clearly not enough financial investment. For children in addition to a great shallow sea nothing! Nothing at all! Even the Playground that we bought the pictures removed! There is an empty lawn! Very much a giant stray dogs. All very good-natured, for man is not dangerous, but between quarrels satisfied. Animation is not, even in the evening the background music not include. Of course, if they cleaned the rooms, would have done animation for children, fenced the pool, the price would not be for children because the sea is very shallow in this place, with sand, without stones. They would be just as much people go with kids without any of the shares. But they, probably, not leisure. The food is good, children's table, no! Barely choose what to feed the child. Very often delicious mackerel fried chicken, rarely Turkey, meatballs some meatballs. But it happens, so everything will peripartal that the child eats rice. Watermelons were first, then disappeared,leaving nothing but apples with oranges, although there was a season.
