I was very pleased with the hotel on holiday with my friends. The rooms are clean and the food is good. The hotel activities were very adequate, especially many thanks to the animation team, Ms. Kübra.😍💋

whilst here we booked the a lacart restaurant ltalian the food was set up on tables before we arrived and the stray cats were climbing on tables and eating off thre plate. Food is nice but very repetitive and cold

sandwich maker would be good addition throughout day. Relax pool area was loud with music playing. Front of hotel lobbu is lovely and also bar staff were friendly

Activities & facilities = excellent, lawn boules, pool aerobics, night entertainment, efforts made for activities for young children and teenagers is great

However there was one reason me and my cousins had a blast. And it was the staff, especially Yigit! Yigit went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun. He ran volleyball events and other games including darts

The food was a big hit or miss, they served the same food everyday, on top of that the cutlery was dirty. The hotel in general wasn’t somewhere to make you go wow. The room was mid and the pool was small

This hotel is the most beautiful place In bodrum. Location is ideal, views are stunning and best of all the service is so great. The concierge has to be the best highlight of the hotel

This place is huge have many swimming pools and if u prefer the quiet better to go to the beach. Food is medium but have many variety and in this variety can find your liking

In general the hotel is clean and organised but if u need anything u should be asking for example changing towels sheets cleaning

It would be better if there is fresh juices in the All inclusive offer. Overall, I do recommend the Jasmin Beach hotel! :)

I spent a week in the hotel a year ago. I came there alone for my birthday. They made me cry because they gave me possibly the worst room with a musty smell and no sunshine coming in ever

The food was decent, but it could have been much better. The staff is friendly, I would especially praise Hasan who works in the Turkish bathroom and Jeff who works in the kitchen

I don’t eat white rice but I had no options and when I discovered pasta in it which I also don’t eat that was a problem. I had to pick all rice looking pasta

I recently stayed at Bitez Garden Life Hotel, and I was blown away by the pristine beach and crystal-clear water. The rooms were immaculate and had a modern touch to them

The hotel is fresh and well-organized, and the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. And did I mention that it's right on the beach? Pure bliss!

the hotel staff is very helpful. Lots of vegetables, yogurt and fruit. The hotel has a beautiful relaxation area on the beach with pillows and wonderful music during the day

In the evening the music is a little louder but still pleasant. The bay is calm, you can swim like in a swimming pool. The swimming zone is separated from the boating zone, which gives a great sense of security

Brilliant place, friendly staff, the rooms are spotless, six steps from the Hotel and your on the beach, the only personnel downside for me is that Jet2 are not covering again so a long journey to Manchester and not Leeds/Bradford, get your act together Jet2

We spent 10 days of vacation here. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. There is little information about this hotel, so I was stressed about my stay. The rooms are large and spacious

The beds are new and very comfortable. the rooms are cleaned every day. This is one of the few hotels that has its own beach included in the price of the stay. Bitez is a wonderful, peaceful and charming place

There is no any hassle by employee and they dont charge for sun bed and umbrella.and there are s lot of sitting and relaxing area around the beach as well.overall l had a great experience

Now, onto the rooms – we opted for a sea-view room, and wow, what a view! It was stunning all day and night long, truly adding an extra layer of magic to our stay

They have their own private beach, which is beautiful with a shuttle almost every 30 mins and private valet parking for the adventurous car renter

Once we stepped into the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by how new, clean and luxurious the room and hotel was! Duygu mentioned that the hotel was freshly renovated earlier this year and everything in the room just felt so luxurious and was just in tip top condition

Bitez is great for families, lovely beach, lots of restaurants on the beach, aqua-park is close. Boat trips around the area are brilliant, take you to brilliant clear blue water bays

I wasn't a guest at the hotel, but we came to the beach here several times. The food is excellent, the beach is clean and sandy, the staff is kind. I recommend them!

Also the restaurant is well worth a visit beautiful food and reasonable priced the all the staff are lovely expecally Cengiz Ahmed Fatima aslan and the manager sevket, look out for him, he is really helpful and looks after you, all so the cleaners are brilliant they have been and cleaned our room everyday with fresh towels water & coffee every morning all stocked up, all so including breakfast witch...

Our 10 day stay was brilliant although not much was open as the season is not yet started,the room was spacious with a great view to the beach and sea beyond. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

The hotel is fabulous, it is right on the beach and close to nearby restaurants, the is a bus stop outside the front door if you want to get the Dolmus (the local bus) to nearby Gumbet or Bodrum

Very nice people at the reception. Hotel is clean and everything is close. The only thing I don't like is the wifi connection is not in the room only at the reception.

Comfortable bed, clean bedding and room, specious bathroom, plenty storage and cupboards Hotel was ultra clean. Even the alley ways were washed on daily basis. Staff was welcoming and friendly

The location was great and the staff were incredibly attentive. They would make sure you always have a full glass of your choice of drink and would make sure you are having an incredible time

Trying to create a very honest review! The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms are smart but nothing special. The beach area is kept clean, it’s quiet and the water is clear with lots of fishes

The rooms were average and the layout of the hotel was peculiar. Instead of rooms in one big building there were multiple apartment type buildings

Overall a nice hotel and great location with some stunning views. The rooms do need to be updated and modernised. We had an issue with our room but straight away the staff were able to change this for us- very helpful

However the room cleaning staff were phenomenal and would always make sure you had a full mini fridge

Sea is clear, first time Turkish sea is clear. Animation team is so kind and respectful. We just sleep at hotel, all day at beach. Internet is so bad, and this food isn't for me. Food variety can be increased

Especially accessing the hotel via car is very difficult (a narrow road with an extreme slope). The entertainment team 2021 did a good job and I liked the music they played at the beach

The Turkish pizza was good and the burgers were fine, but not as good as the pizza. However the remaining food offered in the hotel (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was average at best

The hotel is connected to the beach and has it's own restricted beach area. You can get drinks there (also with alcohol) and from 12:00 pm to 05:00 pm also Turkish pizza / burgers

The hotels location is okay (thanks to its direct connection to the beach), but going to the city and back is quite difficult

Only negative for us was, the food in the hotel is expensive - but this might be a general problem for Bodrum and not special to the hotel. Most places we visited were a 30 min drive with car, with no traffic issues

As it is quite a ways away, I think that the shuttle from the beach to the hotel should be increased by at least 1, say at 2 or 3 p. , because sitting from the morning on the beach until 2 or 3 p

In the most general terms, the staff are nice, but not all of them. I want to point out that I am not demanding in this respect because I am very understanding of the staff who have to work in such heat for so many hours

Mostly fresh, plenty of choice, when food starts to run out the staff bring it to you, rather nothing to complain about. Large selection of salads and vegetables

Fresh towels/bed made & room cleaned. Staff keep your place by the sea & you can see Kos from the beach

Sun beds are provided daily free of charge on Manuela's private beach and staff are always corteous and at hand throughout the day

Food is great & even the half board buffet is one of the best we've been too. Restaurant is beach front with superb food & adequately priced along with drinks compared to the rest of Bitez

They helped us with transport from the airport to the hotel, food recommendations, called taxis for us and much more! Now, the only downside is the room was a bit dirty BUT the price point of the hotel and the quality of the service easily makes up for that! They care about their customers, their business, etc… and that really shows! They work hard ! If you have any questions about the hotel itself...

Owned by Oktay Basyurt and managed by Argie and his wonderful team, actually, really more like a family, you feel immediately at home and welcome upon arrival. Manuela hotel is spotlessly clean and maintained

My personal favourite is the Café Cortado. I developed a daily ritual of sitting back at lunchtime, soaking in the sun and tranquility and gazing out on the breathtaking views of the yachts on the bay

For those ignorant tourists, the staff is Nepalese so if you are THAT bothered with their language skills, why don't you install Google translate using the perfectly adequate WIFI and make an effort to communicate with them??? Peasant tourists like you make my blood boil

I was blown away with the variety offered! Just to give you an idea, we went for a meal for 3 in downtown which came to 180YTL without drinks, while my carnivore family enjoyed their kebabs, I didn't even like the so-called veggie casserole which was a couple of soggy potatoes topped with mozzarella cheese

As a vegetarian, I hate visiting Turkey as I always have to settle for "meze" for all meals however Royal Arena provides easily the best vegetarian/vegan food in the area

there is AC in the room, booking also includes dinner. very nice food, has the capability to hang wet clothes outside the room. very close to the beach and easy access. very nice staff as well, always available to help.

This is an all incl beach resort setup. Its more a high 3 star internationally. But the architecture is simply wow. Travelled with 6 members of family. Breakfast was average Lunch and dinner were very good
