Myself and my husband have been here before, good rooms, good bar staff and good evenings HOWEVER this time, a lot of renovations taking place without advance notice. Some staff at the bar/lunch area were good many were not, forgotten orders, no consistency and no vibe. Not again.

Stayed here for a week in June, staff are polite, everything is of a reasonable standard and food was nice when we ate there. Beware though. The wifi is free, but only for one device per person, and the air con is charged on top of your accommodation at the desk!

It could be a 5 star experience but! We had a 4 week stay in a suite through AirBnB paid well. Unfortunately they didn’t have pots, pans or utensils of the right quality or quantity. The room service was only once a week which was unacceptable. The grounds and the pool were nice and service was friendly but not the best that can be expected in Turkey.
