Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Bitez

Mainly used the slide pool and the bubble pool. Challenge to get sun beds some mornings but always found something. Restaurant has a bit of a strange layout and can be difficult to get table (for group of 6)

The let down was the staff in the restaurant, some were good, but others stood around pretending to be busy. Could use a manager to organise staff/help customers get seated. Beach front location is beautiful

Great hotel and the friendliest staff! If you’re coming to Bodrum book this place. Clean rooms, food is really good. The activities cater to all ages and are inclusive

The hotel catered quite good range of veggies but lacked fruits. One of the worst things about food was boring unhealthy breakfasts and pasta in rice

Locals say they eat such rice all the time because it cheapens the dish. I thought white rice is the cheapest food itself worldwide. In general the hotel was not bad at least outside and the sea was clean

I had the most incredible time at Bitez Garden Life Hotel! The beach and water are immaculate, offering a pristine environment to unwind and relax

Hello, we stayed with my wife and 2-year-old child between 4-8 September. First of all, from the day we entered until the day we left, the staff was polite and tried to do their job well

Room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday. Food was nice, very good selection of vegetarian dishes as well as everything else. Loved the breakfast! Pool areas and the private beaches were clean and peaceful

We rested in the second half of July 2020. The staff is polite, but no one speaks Russian. The room was sea view, clean, cleaned every day with change of towels and bed linen. We were fed delicious and varied food

We spent 10 days of vacation here. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. There is little information about this hotel, so I was stressed about my stay. The rooms are large and spacious

In the evening the music is a little louder but still pleasant. The bay is calm, you can swim like in a swimming pool. The swimming zone is separated from the boating zone, which gives a great sense of security

The room (or should I say suite) was perfect, although there was a loud bar across the road open until 2am. Despite the loud music, the patio kept most of the noise down and sleeping wasn't a problem for me

The location of the hotel is fabulous as you just step out of the restaurant cross the walkway and you are on the beach looking at the beautiful views of the bay

I can say my experience at this hotel was lovely especially for the price. The reception, restaurant, bar and sports desk were attentive and friendly throughout the stay

I can't comment on the cooked breakfast as it's not for me at any time. Lunches and evening meals were varied, although if you don't go in as soon as the restaurant opens some food may be a little luke warm

You get problems in any hotel but things get sorted if you ask and not demand !! Food is nice but not a MacDonalds as people ask for, why they want to eat that rubbish I'm unsure. There's enough choice for everyone

The rooms have been recently refurbished and are now marble lined, air-con was good and the room was really cool after a hot day at the pool

The hotel is fabulous, it is right on the beach and close to nearby restaurants, the is a bus stop outside the front door if you want to get the Dolmus (the local bus) to nearby Gumbet or Bodrum

Pool too been refurbished marble lining, sun beds are good and thick cushions, very comfortable. Food was good and the view is amazing

We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but we visited this bar more times than our own. Cheap prices, very nice food (the ambrosia burger is great), friendly staff, lots of TV screens to play different sports

Our 10 day stay was brilliant although not much was open as the season is not yet started,the room was spacious with a great view to the beach and sea beyond. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

It is a perfect place to relax and chill. The pool is a decent size. The staff are amazing: a shout out to Ali and Engin who make the place what it is.

This was our first visit to Turkey but thanks to the excellent service we got from the staff at this hotel it won't be our last. The hotel was clean and safe with a large pool with ample sunbeds

I have stayed in many hotels, Hotel Serpina has been one of the best hotel so far because of the details. You see clean rooms, delicious food and smiling faces everywhere

So friendly and clean could not fault this hotel, perfectly placed for everything. A lot of guests have been using this hotel for years and all so friendly and helpful

The food was excellent with a well stocked bar. Special mention for Engi who would do anything for us and never seemed to sleep

The dining area has been moved and is much nicer because of that move the bar area looks much more open. Then the outside areas, the patio at the front and the pool area have been smartened up

The area around the pool being much more spacious and the maturing trees on the patio giving some nice shade. The rooms have also been upgraded as well as the wi-fi

After the Covid enforced break finally got back to the Serhan. The whole hotel has been upgraded and looks great. Reception is now very smart and classy looking

IT IS a small Hotel. Not new but very Clean. I stood there for one week. Very friendly personal. Good restaurant and you come to Bodrum by dolmus very easy.

This year there is an all inclusive option and can say that the food is always well prepared and presented

They helped us with everything we needed help with like booking taxis, money exchange, and recommendations. There is a lovely young english-speaking woman that served breakfast and was very warm, professional and helpful

The place is calm and a real oasis. Offering a small outdoor gym, shower next to the pool, a nice pool and comfortable pool chairs. Fresh pool towels to take from reception

I had a wonderful stay in Dorman with my family. Beautiful place with attention to their interior design and garden

Otherwise the breakfast is always calm, at a nice terrace by the pool and enough personal working to serve

The room service was only once a week which was unacceptable. The grounds and the pool were nice and service was friendly but not the best that can be expected in Turkey

The rooms should be cleaned more often than every 3 days. They did check the rooms to add missing toilet paper or empty the trash bins. The breakfast food is tasty and good quality, but could offer more verity

We had the hammam spa that we all loved. The pool area is great, slides for the kids. Brilliant location, very close to the beach. All of the staff are welcoming and will get you anything you need

Overall the hotel is very laid back, the pool is lovely and warm and you’re in a great location with everything you need around the hotel

But they immediately gave us a room on first floor the rooms were big with AC and lovely view. The food was fresh and amazing too. there are 3 swimming pools for all age groups. Beach and matket is walking distance

The good thing about this hotel is that you can enjoy pool , water slides and beach. But the rooms aren't that clean

You couldn't ask for a better location to everything. Even though we are close to beach clubs with loud music, we couldnt hear it in our room. And we were located right at the pool

5 stars, even though it's not really a 5 star resort as far as quality of rooms. But the staff, food, location, pool, beach, live music and price we paid make it a 5 star

I have been to Gumbet a few times, and this hotel is by far the best place I’ve stayed in, the staff were absolutely great, helpful and very friendly! The rooms were in very good condition, and cleaned daily
