I was very pleased with the hotel on holiday with my friends. The rooms are clean and the food is good. The hotel activities were very adequate, especially many thanks to the animation team, Ms. Kübra.😍💋

whilst here we booked the a lacart restaurant ltalian the food was set up on tables before we arrived and the stray cats were climbing on tables and eating off thre plate. Food is nice but very repetitive and cold

The service and property were wonderful. Food selection could be improved but overall wonderful experience.

You still have to get to this room on two separate elevators that are in different parts of the hotel! I immediately went down to the reception with complaints, showing the difference in the photo of the booked room and the one I actually received! Only after a scandal and informing me that it was my wife's birthday, they agreed to provide a normal room from the next day! But what infuriated me most...

Comfortable bed, clean bedding and room, specious bathroom, plenty storage and cupboards Hotel was ultra clean. Even the alley ways were washed on daily basis. Staff was welcoming and friendly

Rooms are very well kept, and the beds are firm and comfy. Views amazing! Didn't use the tv. A/C was good but could be cooler (it was 35°c every day). Grounds are stunning and clean. The main pool is really good

Would bring us drinks as soon as he saw it getting low without being asked. We used the italian for our a`la carte meal, food was lovely, and the staff was very attentive. Turkish reasturant we had for lunch a few days

The rooms were okay, we had a bunk room and it was a bit small and the beds were very firm. But the hotel was stunning and the views were amazing. We could get a bus into Bodrum easily for a change of scene

What can we say apart from amazing !!! Anne the Manager and Derrin the night manager were superb. Nothing was too much trouble if you had a problem. We had the same cleaner and she was so helpful

Rooms were quite small but always cleaned. The restaurant staff, bar staff and Animation team were out of this world. The onsite photographer took stunning pictures and the price was fantastic

Very nice resort located on the beach directly. It is in gumbet area water good but not very clear

Amazing 10 days at the jasmin Beach Hotel. Staff was out of this world went above and beyond nothing was to much for them. Hotel was clean food was very good alot to choose from on the all inclusive side of it

The main dinning room is massive and the food we found was fantastic. Lunch was the best, with a pizza guy cooking non stop from 12 til 2pm. There was 2 types of soup on offer

great staff great service great food. had 7 days of sheer relaxed chilled bliss I would highly recomend this hotel. so much so we didnt want to go home!! The staff friendliness helpfullness welcoming was the best ever

Stayed with 2 of my friends for 5 nights here at Parkim Ayaz. Stayed here through Jet2 holidays and paid just over £2000 for 3 of us

-Food in the hotel is amazing and very good quality especially for an all inclusive, always had a lot of variety on different days so you weren’t always eating the same kind of thing

First and foremost I will pinpoint the positives and negatives Positives -Staff in reception are very polite and welcoming and will do anything for you

We liked everything, from the wonderful food, the choice of pools, the comfy clean rooms with air-con, and evening entertainment on top, we hope to come back

I spent a week in the hotel a year ago. I came there alone for my birthday. They made me cry because they gave me possibly the worst room with a musty smell and no sunshine coming in ever

Locals say they eat such rice all the time because it cheapens the dish. I thought white rice is the cheapest food itself worldwide. In general the hotel was not bad at least outside and the sea was clean

And the best part? It's located right at the water's edge, providing breathtaking views

The hotel catered quite good range of veggies but lacked fruits. One of the worst things about food was boring unhealthy breakfasts and pasta in rice

The best feature of the hotel though is closeness to the national park which is located about two kilometers away

Air con worked but was in the "living room" and not in the bedroom which struggled to cool down, balcony door was hard to open, room safe was locked shut so couldn't use until I spoke to reception and asked them to open it, the fridge was in a cupboard of which the door was basically hanging off, we had to ask reception for more toilet roll because our room wasn't cleaned / seen to on the 2nd day,...

Good wardrobe/storage space, bed was okay. Music heard until early hours of the morning but wasn't a huge issue. When the room was cleaned, everything was fine, good cleaners, towels changed frequently

The guy who brought our suitcases to the room, left before we could speak to him about it but returned and knocked on the door to ask for a tip which we thought was hilarious

Reception didn't seem to know what was going on when we arrived, we had to ask for our all inclusive wristbands and nothing was really explained to us

Went back to reception to tell them, and they agreed to change our room. 2nd room was much better, still on the opposite side of the road

The shower only had one door so every time we used it the spray would flood the bathroom / completely soaking the shower mat

This is a lovely hotel the staff are all very friendly the beds are very comfortable grate shower and AC. The sun beds are very close together so it can be a bit of a pain

They both made an effort daily to ensure we were okay and if we needed anything. They were very funny, kind and helpful, they made us feel safe and comfortable being two young girls in a busy area

and half in shade at any point during day - wasn't full when we were there as early in season so we all just moved beds with the sun during day (Not sure how this going to week in peak season??) We had a nice stay and got holiday for very reasonable price

Room was clean, and cleaned every day by the maid, great shower also. All the food was excellent, no problem with anything, pool was clean, always god a bed, a member of staff takes all the towels away at 8

Hotel is right on the beach in a beautiful spot. The rooms are basic but adequate. Just a little bit of TLC required. Safe wasn’t working but was fixed immediately. Patio doors weren’t locking but again fixed right away

Two hot options at breakfast and two at night. Basic things like chicken thighs and meatballs. Chefs standing watching everyone at night which was very off putting

the staff is very helpful and attentive, they always have a smile on their face and their good mood is contagious. The panorama is just incredible, and even in the middle of October, the water is still as good as ever

Had the best holiday at okaliptus hotel, such friendly staff ,Huseyin and the team where amazing treated us like family. We will definitely go back next year. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day

Overall I had a really lovely stay here at Natur garden. The food options were great, breakfast and lunch were better than dinner but that didn’t bother me much. Location is great, 3 minute walk and you’re on the beach

I have been to many hotels, but the hotel service is the best in Natur Garden. There is a bus stop next to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to both singles and families with children

The hotel has it's own beach just across the Promenade with comfortable sun loungers. The food in the restaurant is excellent and The Temple Bar which is part of the hotel provides great entertainment

oktay advised on nice walks , trip to kos, the rooms are just ok but the whole experience was made unique by Oktay and his staff

From the owner Oktay (who was on site for the vast majority of our stay and couldn’t do enough for his guests), reception staff, managers, waiters, cleaners…. Easy travel to Bodrum which was lovely and worth the trip

Try the T bone steak, it was huge!!! Although the pool is small, it's very welcoming on a hot day. The beach is a bit stoney, so take some sea shoes, but is so close, only a couple of steps from the hotel, literally

I have stayed in many hotels, Hotel Serpina has been one of the best hotel so far because of the details. You see clean rooms, delicious food and smiling faces everywhere

Our 10 day stay was brilliant although not much was open as the season is not yet started,the room was spacious with a great view to the beach and sea beyond. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

Hotel is accessible to major places with a short inexpensive taxi rides; Bitez beach and board walk has many second to none clean restaurants. Wanted to stay four days in the hotel but ended up staying 11 days

For instance looking over the bar area’s and specialty drinks is Gokhan and on Service there is Esra who is an absolute sweetheart and Luxme in the SPA for massage it is really a place to come and relax and enjoy

Lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff always willing to go the extra mile for you. The Pool was always clean and bar open until late. Hotel is a few steps from the beach and about 10 min walk from gumbet centre
