From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made the check-in process seamless. My room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by mr. Serhat. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and his attentiveness truly made a difference in my experience.
For a lot of reasons :-

Management don't care, this trickles down to the staff.
+ the hotel’s aesthetic;
+ the beach;
+ the staff was very hospitable — kudos to Sehrat;
+ the breakfast was luxurious and the view made it even more incredible;
+ housekeeping was top notch. They also provide turndown service;
+ we were welcomed with a generous gift consisting of wine and snacks;
+ felt very private, because of the season (early October);
+ buggies always available (they take you down to the private beach & restaurant);
- the cocktails were not wow and kinda expensive.
Negatives:
- When we checked in, our bedsheets were dirty. A really bad first impression. Despite it being 3am, housekeeping came immediately and changed the bed.
- The level of detail in the daily cleaning was not to a 5 star standard. For example, when walking around the room barefoot, my feet got quite dirty.
- One evening, I got a really badly made club sandwich which they took off the bill.
- The prices in the bars and restaurants are a complete rip-off
Positives:
- 90% of the staff are extremely professional and friendly, especially with small kids
- Rooms are huge (we had the swim-up)
- The beach is beautiful and well maintained
- Breakfast buffet is very nice with great service
In terms of price-quality ratio, it's quite a good choice although there is definitely some room for improvement.

I only give it a 4 star cause I am a Tennis enthusiast and the facility looks terrible, same with the Basketball facility. Otherwise food and service are wonderful, very gentle and nice ppl, all in all you should come visit, just don't play Tennis
I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at Kaya hotel. While I usually have pleasant experiences at hotels, I must regretfully express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your reception staff members named Muhittin.
Upon my arrival, I approached the reception desk to check-in and was greeted by Muhittin whose demeanor was far from welcoming. He appeared disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy one would expect from a hotel receptionist.
Firstly, I encountered an issue as Muhittin checked me in on the wrong room which was a huge downgrade from the room I booked.
Secondly, he refused to check me in the room that I paid for even after I showed my booking details.
Thirdly, he lied and said that the room that I booked is occupied and I cannot move there. I know for sure that he lied because the one of the staff member named Serhat stepped in to talk with him, after a few moments Serhat showed me the room that I booked, which was available.
Fourthly, I was met with impatience and dismissive responses, Muhittin was shouting at me aggressively and I was scared for my life. As I didn’t feel even safe to stay at the hotel.
Lastly, Serhat was very welcoming and respectful which made me feel heard and safe. He check me in the room I originally booked.
I tried to give Muhittin the benefit of the doubt, thinking he must be new in this field of occupation. However, I was extremely shocked that he was a manager for 5 years!! Wouldn’t believe he had any experience at all.
As a guest, I had hoped to be greeted with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. Unfortunately, this encounter left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from a hotel that I had expected to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay.
I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and address this matter promptly. You need to provide training to your staff, to ensure that future guests are treated with the respect and warmth they deserve.
I will not be coming back nor will I recommend this hotel to any family or friends in the future.
