I can say my experience at this hotel was lovely especially for the price. The reception, restaurant, bar and sports desk were attentive and friendly throughout the stay. I've placed it at four stars to reflect an honest opinion of my feelings for the hotel but should say that I nearly tipped it towards five. I stayed in the annex opposite the main hotel. Been here a few times now. You get problems in any hotel but things get sorted if you ask and not demand !! Food is nice but not a MacDonalds as people ask for, why they want to eat that rubbish I'm unsure. There's enough choice for everyone. Drinks are basic but s ok. Overall , for the price and stars of hotel it's very good and no complaints at all. You CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NOISE FROM NEXT...

Sami Beach is a fab hotel, lots of updated rooms which are lovely, plenty of wardrobe space. Walk in showers are a good size. The staff are helpful and friendly. Food is not always what your looking for, I have always found something nice to eat, the soup is fab, the breakfast chef is always happy to do fried eggs even when it an omelette or pancake day. It is an excellent 3⭐ hotel. I would give them 3⭐plus. Complains are minor (wifi only close to reception and in restaurant and bar). Almost everything is excellent for 3⭐, especially delicious and variable food, very pleasant and warm staff and best beach and best location in Gumbet.

It is a perfect place to relax and chill. The pool is a decent size. The staff are amazing: a shout out to Ali and Engin who make the place what it is.

Great staff , clean room great craic with other customers

The staff were very nice especially both who were working in the reservation. The room was clean. The breakfast included (not that many options but it was good). It's not actually near the city center it's in the city center. Highly recommended!

So close to the center, Super nice staff, very clean (which is the most important), very tasty breakfast (8:00-10:30am), the owner is always there, staff speaks english, very calm, pool is so nice during the day.

Very decent facility with two pools, good breakfast, complete restaurant and bar, and an excellent staff always polite and helpful. A great value, I highly recommend for those who don't need nor want to pay for the Ritz-Carlton.

After the Covid enforced break finally got back to the Serhan.and wow has it changed. The whole hotel has been upgraded and looks great. Reception is now very smart and classy looking. IT IS a small Hotel. Not new but very Clean. I stood there for one week. Very friendly personal. Good restaurant and you come to Bodrum by dolmus very easy.

Stayed here for a week in June, staff are polite, everything is of a reasonable standard and food was nice when we ate there. Beware though. The wifi is free, but only for one device per person, and the air con is charged on top of your accommodation at the desk!

The hotel atrium is very nice, the location is close to Marina Bodrum, the rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly and I sleep comfortably, get a good breakfast in the morning, there are clean swimming pool facilities and I feel very happy on vacation

I was very happy with my stay, great value for money. Extremely cheap but very nice room, good windows, a/c, I read some other critics and wonder why do they write such things the stuff was very polite, ofcourse they room had two bottles of water plus a boiler with tea and coffee. I will definitely come back.

A minimalist place compared to many other places. Clean rooms. I recommend it to people who will come within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach to the hotel.

Great hotel for family and great prices the breakfast needs work though

I’ve stayed here 3 nights because the location is great. Otherwise it’s a simple hotel in normal condition. Nothing wow here and the dinner food was not good. Staff in general kind but not very helpful .. When you ask for more details about the services and the food they just try to escape serving the professional way.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with Mikitur. My overall assessment is as follows Cleaning 2/5 Food 4/5 Bar 5/5 There was no room service during our stay at the hotel. No one came to change the towels and sheets. As there is no cabin in the bathrooms, water floods everywhere while taking a shower. The TV in the room was not working. The hotel where we stayed for 2 nights in May 2022, Hotel staff is very interested, When you wait for a while, the breakfast comes on the plate that is prepared. Room cleaning is good. We didn't use the pool, it looked clean. The location of the hotel is easy, it is within walking distance to Akyarlar and the sea. The architect who designed the bathroom and WC in the room should have him read again...

Lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff always willing to go the extra mile for you. Great food. The Pool was always clean and bar open until late. Hotel is a few steps from the beach and about 10 min walk from gumbet centre. Will definitely visit again.
