We had a lovely time musa and val were lovely. Rooms need updating but it didn't change anything we loved it.

Beautiful and colorful garden with a big swimming pool; the rooms are very clean. We absolutely recommend the turkish breakfast, very typical and rich. Faysal and Emine are very attentive hosts that make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights. It's a clean and quiet place. The pool is big enough and calm. The operator is friendly and helpful when there is a problem.

Clean, white rooms. Silent air conditioner. The friendliest owner who treated me to delicious coffee more than once. It's not very expensive and I liked it

Location was good in terms of cleanliness. 1-2 minutes by car to the center of Dalyan. There are hair dryer, mini fridge, tea maker, stove in the rooms. I found little kitchen utensil. We said that we will accommodate 4 people in the room. We were placed in a double room. There was a sofa bed in the kitchen. They said that 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed. It was very cramped for 4 people in a double...

Everything is excellent in this hotel, the location, the rooms, the facilities... But the most important is how Murat (the owner) makes your experience awesome. He takes care of everything and will help you with any doubt. Definitely recommended for a charming stay in Dalyan!

We spent our one week vacation here. We were very satisfied. Duplex apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Mr. Rahmi, the owner of the business, is very interested. You will not regret if you choose this facility. Thank you very much for this beautiful holiday.

I would definitely recommend. A quiet and clean place to go as a family

The pool and bar area were very nice. We did not eat there but the drinks were a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have a gluten free diet and the owners stocked some Turkish gf beers at my request.

Really nice little apartment rooms are clean and up together we was in block A ground floor just a few metres from the pool which was great , the cleaners cleaned the room far more than other places I've stayed in dalyan, shower was good prices at the bar reasonable, pool is deep and clean , kids pool was great as it has metal safety bars all the way around, the manager was very chilled and helpful...

We took a very late deal with TUI which was cheap and we didn't really know what to expect. We found this hotel to be a great family run hotel. The family are very helpful, freindly, polite and hard working. We arrived at 2am and were welcomed with a big smile and then brought two cold beers to help us settle in. Lovely friendly family run place in great location

It's a very sweet place, suitable for families, the pool is cleaned every day, very good staff for the price, it has a friendly and cute garden, it was clean inside, I didn't worry, the wireless internet was good, I went into the pool, the water was really clean, the sheets were clean, we stayed on the top floor, it was very nice. Very clean.

It is very close to everywhere in the center of Dalyan, 100 m walking distance to the boats....

Cosy place with a nice swimming pool

It is very close to dalyan centre. But to go to iztuzu beach where is famous with sea turtles from that apart, you need a car or you can take ferry. It has a nice garden and also free space for parking.

They took my laundry at check-in and it was ready that evening. I don't like to use up my cash and he was able to find a way I could pay with credit card. There are dishes and cook pans and a kettle. Wifi is free and good. Central and easy to walk everywhere. It was cold and I used blankets in the room and there is air con heat. It's old. Nice people working there.

A super apartment, very affordable and close to the centre of Dalyan, which I think, a very good base to explore that area of Turkey, due to its closeness to many places (Dalaman Airport, Marmaris, Iztuzu beach, and so on). The host is very attentive, and the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable.
