only issue was misquote but i asked Mr. Evren , he came at the night and he take care all of them. most of the hotels uses cheap stuff for their food service but Tezcan Otel was extra careful to serve high quality stuff

It is great place to stay at Dalyan, you can wake up to morning with magnificent and famous landscape of King Tombs. Hotel located at the heart of the city, it is very convenient to reach everywhere from that location

Lovely location near the lake. Fantastic view of King Thombs. Nice village with a gorgeous beach and nature. Do not expect a lot. Clean proper rooms. Nice foods. Baby pool was quite safe for my son. I recommend it.

Dalyan hotel that you can stay at zero and the channel is in the center position and with the fact that we had a super holiday, would recommend it to everyone with friendly and smiling staff

only things they may consider is they can put nespresso machine to room, because you will need extra caffeine to be up all night there

The view of the rock tombs from the garden is magnificent (at breakfast for the sunrise and dinner time when they get illuminated). Swimming possible in river from the hotel dock

a place that is as comfortable as my home. we became friendly with the owners family. shakir Master's cooking is great. economical and comfortable in a friendly atmosphere ,if you find you come, too

Shop and restaurants nearby (Alegria restaurant next door was a really good pick) , boat tour start is less than 10min walk. If we come back to Dalyan, we would go back here!

We really found this place to be very special. We felt at home. The view is amazing. Food is delicious. Kaya is the best, super helpful and kind. We hope to come back soon!

I stayed for five days and found it hard to venture out of the villa as relaxing by the pool with this view was so restorative. Amazing to think people pay out for resort hotels when places like this exist

Easy to bus into the town, and the Dalyan taxi service is great to get to and from the hotel too. The hotel owner (Arslan - a great guy!) also offers a lift in the morning if he is making a trip

Calm and serene in nature is a great place for a holiday. An unusual business run by people with respect to the sample nature. Furthermore, it definitely has the best view in Dalyan.

The five stars are really deserved. It is such a peaceful place with very calm and welcoming owners. The pool area and breakfast terrace have stunning views of the lake

It is 6 or so km from Dalyan so it is away from the hustle and bustle and only a few km from Turtle beach (which is walkable but be careful of the heat!)

We had a peaceful 7-day holiday with my 4-year-old son and my wife. Ekincik is a wonderful place for those who want to spend a holiday without sweating, with its nature, sea and air without moisture

The hotel has changed hands this season, Osman Bey, Arzu and their sons Bora and Aybars. Meals and appetizers are very nice and take care of each guest individually

The pension's terrace is very beautiful. There is a wonderful bougainvillea gazebo with sea views. Hotel manager Nazire Hanım is preparing very good evening meals and appetizers

My wife and son were wonderful to sit on the terrace with more than ... In the meantime, we didn't need the sheets and pillow cases we brought with us. It's clean. Thank Akdeniz Hotel

A family business serving half board at Ekincik Bay, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The building is old, the rooms are clean but the rooms do not have a TV, hairdryer and mini-cabinet

It is not a luxury hotel, even primitive conditions are in question. Ekinciler is drinking water from the tap and it is very beautiful. If not, it's a must-visit place

Just spent a lovely week at this super hotel. Of traditional Ottoman style, it's in a very picturesque setting and is conveniently located for a beautiful harbour stroll into the town centre

Two beautiful pools and a lively bar area with beer, cocktails and delicious lunches make a day in the sun a real treat

The man rudely told us that check out was at 12:00pm but they should’ve made this clear when we checked in and given a warning. The man was very rude and literally kicked us out

This is my local hotel and spa. The spa here is the best in Dalyan. Indoor heated pool all the spa treatments you require. Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location 5 mins walk from town.

Fantastic hotel . The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay . Helping us with organising taxis , excursions and directions . Only a short walk into the main town . We loved our stay here .

Breakfast is sufficient and especially jams are delicious. I must also admit spagetti bolonaise that we tried was very tasty. The swimming pool and the green garden have made our stay enjoyable

This year we decided to stay somewhere else and picked Murat Paşa Konağı for our 5 days stay in Dalyan. The room is big enough and was kept very clean during our stay in the hotel

The only place to put a suitcase was open on the floor, so that combined with the bed gave very little room to move around. Breakfast was ok, not the best we've had, but ok

We ended up with the penthouse suite. It was much smaller then I imagined. Kinda out dated but that’s fine. We enjoyed our walk into town and the amenities around the area

The hotel proximity to the center is also an advantage. We are certain we will stay in Murat Paşa Konağı next time we visit Dalyan

We have stayed at Keysan on 3 previous occasions and looking to visit again June 2020 if we can find flights from Newcastle. Kamuran and Hulia are lovely hosts and really look after you

The riverside setting is breathtakingly beautiful and you can take a boat to explore the lake directly from the hotel jetty. We travel a lot and this is the most relaxing place ever!

Trees provide shade if you don't want to sit by the pool. Breakfast is continental, (self service ) and there is a pool bar serving snacks, meals and drinks. There are also tables by the river where meals can be taken

So many places to eat and the food is amazing and so cheap once your head is around the exchange rate. So many places to see and things to do

Sitting quietly on the edge of town, it's a beautiful place to stay, to sit and watch nature and the world go by. Ahmet and Tugba run the guest house effortlessly providing such a relaxing atmosphere

Look out for the tree at the staff table, it amazing! And, at the right time of year, the swallows nesting around the guest house

At the bottom of the canal at breakfast, with the beautiful sounds of corcir beetles, the acrobatic movements of the fish that feast on the extra bread you throw in the canal stimulate the thought that you have your breakfast in a completely natural environment

You may think that the rooms are small, but you do not even realize that Inan is used for sleeping. If you sit outside until morning, you experience all the pleasure you have felt in the water bed

I guess it wouldn't be wrong to say that we spend every second in the holiday mood and the happiness of being on holiday from the first day we check in to the hotel until the day we leave

Linus Apart is an accommodation place located in a very quiet place, not very crowded. The rooms are well-maintained. The kitchen utensils are sufficient. You have to go to the surrounding bays by car

If you go, you should definitely stay at Linus Apart. Thank you very much for your interest. We entered in the dark at night. Normally the pool was closed, but it did not break my children open

We stayed for 4 nights. It's a clean and quiet place. The pool is big enough and calm. The operator is friendly and helpful when there is a problem.

It is not too hot here in summer, and cold weather practically does not happen in winter. 5 km from the city there is a picturesque Iztuzu beach with gorgeous velvet sand, where large sea turtles lay their eggs

+ See the ruins (nicropolis) very close to fail. When you turn on the boat, you can evade crabs (look, eat) and a turtle). Just look and swim on the other sea. - Not enough to see something else

During this time, it has become a popular resort, where it is worth staying for 2-3 days, or even a week. Life in this quiet, sleepy town flows as leisurely as the waters in the river on the banks of which it stands

We spent our one week vacation here. Duplex apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Rahmi, the owner of the business, is very interested. You will not regret if you choose this facility

Really big nice and clean pool. Highly recommended is the breakfast and the place right on the Dalyan river. The hotel's own boat takes you directly to the beach at 10 a. and picks you up again at 2 p

the room itself had a very positive experience in terms of the good location, the free Parking, and above all things.

The swimming pool was only used by my wife and I and that was a big bonus! The two balconies offered lovely views with plenty of space to sit out and eat and drink

The hosts made us feel very welcome and our property ( a one bedroom spacious apartment on the first floor) was just as described and perfect for our requirements

The large kitchen space was extremely useful and the property is situated in a very quiet part of town near the Saturday market

There is an excellent supermarket within walking distance and some lovely Turkish restaurants nearby

It’s the most divine spot to enjoy mountains, rivers, dragonflies and butterflies, turtles and the sea

A fantastic yoga retreat to relax and enjoy. Surrounded by mountains this is the perfect place to stay and all the staff and owner Jo are friendly and welcoming. The large pool is very cooling and just right for a swim

We ate well, swam and sunbathed loads! We enjoyed memorable excursions and even fitted in daily yoga (this was a yoga holiday!) I highly recommend this location for a yoga trip, you won't be disappointed

Then had a beautiful morning walk, stumbled upon a small kitten hotel with the sweetest cats, discovered a lovely mosque, and found many fabulous gardens and orchards heavy with figs and pomegranate

We then swam in the pool and chilled with a book. In the afternoon we took a River taxi to the quiet, far end of the beach. The journey was stunning weaving in and out of inlets
