Stayed here for 10 days with my family everyone is absolutely amazing and caring the staff are so polite and the locals are such a delight food 10/10 every day just an amazing experience

I really liked the hotel. Conveniently located - in the very center. Great service. The balcony opens onto a patio with a swimming pool and lots of greenery on the property. In the evenings there is live music. There are cats living in the hotel and it's wonderful. If I come to Dalyan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Old world vibe to this place, with a beautiful pool courtyard surrounded by wooden balconies. Some parts are wearing out a bit but the rooms are impeccably clean and the beds are comfortable and cozy. I had a problem with pkumbing on my second night and they switched my room without hesitation. We stopped here for one night due to flight delay. We were thrilled on entry to see the lovely layout of the building. We were greeted immediately with lovely food, then shown to our room. The place is very clean, has some cats and dogs lingering around which I dont mind. Would stay here if im staying in Dalyan again.

Absolutely wonderful holiday in a family run hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Sun beds were always available, if not at the main pool there's a second one just around the corner to accommodate. Grat 7 day stay, rooms are comfortable and very clean, two pools and bar cover what you need including snacks during day. Staff very helpful and any issues dealt with immediately, would stay again. Location for center perfect to walk in especially for people with no transport or bikes

It’s ok ! The rooms are very nice , the pool is very nice , but unfortunately the area around the pool is untidy , 3 dead totally brown conifers dropping pines around the sunbeds which get under your feet and transferred to the pool or your room . Had a fantastic 3 weeks break at this hotel. It was our 30th wedding anniversary break and the hotel staff left us a celebration cake in our room, a nice little touch. Found myself dumped here for a night when my Easyjet flight was delayed. Although only here for around nine hours, I thought the place was rather good. The room was clean with a traditional breakfast. Managed to get a last swim in the well kept pool before heading back to the airport. Can't fault the staff. Stayed here several times over the years usually a great experience. Ideal position for town and lovely family owned business. Unfortunately it now has a noisy bar just a short distance away, and we had a room facing it with loud music playing until at least midnight. Dalyan used to be a quiet beautiful town but seems to be going the way of many other places that stop being unique with a special atmosphere...

Spent two relaxing nights here at the end of a tour of western Turkey. Friendly and welcoming staff with good pool and bar. Only ate breakfast which was OK but not the best on our trip. Convenient to explore all areas of Dalyan. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel and really friendly staff. Stayed for 2 weeks and plan to come back in 2018. Can't really fault it, breakfast is Turkish so don't expect a full English and the pool parasol's require updating. Poolside floor gets very hot and slippery when wet but we have loved every minute of the holiday. Dalyan is a magical place.

Very few places that you visit need more stars than rating allows . Hotel Calbis is one of those rare instances. On talking to most , this is not their first visit. Boat trips with the hotel captained by Ali are again a must. Well worth the money & often sold out days before. From start to finish staff are warm, friendly & attentive.

A 5 minute walk to town, so peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle. Had 4 pools, 1 specifically for kids and 1 specifically for adults. Nice sprawling hotel in several multistory blocks of rooms set in spacious gardens incorporating 4 separate large swimming pools. One of these is designated adults only. There is a central large bar resturant facility this is airy spacious and light. Food is good with a good variety.

On the outskirts, so quiet but only 10 min walk to the north end of the town centre. Turkish style breakfast. More options when buying lunch. No evening meal service but you can get a take out delivered or there are two restaurants within 200 m. Four pools, all quiet and relaxing.

The best this hotel offers is its location at the river. Breakfast and dinner is served on the terrace at the river, with a splendid view over the river and the mountain. The rooms are fine, though the the showers could use a shower curtain or a wiper. The staff is friendly and helpful and the manager has a good sense of humor.

Dalyan Riverside hotel was where I stayed in my first arrival to Dalyan 8 yers ago and I fall in love with the place. From management to room service all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Setting is one of the best. If you are coming to Dalyan to experience Dalyan, I would strongly recommend checking Dalyan riverside out.

The hotel is situated next to a beautiful river. 15 min leisurely walk to Dalyan town. The accommodation is basic but it is cheap. The staff and owners are very polite and helpful.

Loved our stay. The whole staff is really nice and the views of Kaunos Tombs is phenomenal and you're right on the water. The rooms are really clean There's a fridge, water, tea pot, etc. Parking is easy and right out front.

Rooms definitely need a refresh after a few years of neglect. Walls are paper-thin and can hear "all things" during the night. Breakfast had a good selection and hotel is not far away from the centre of town. Good for a short stay.

We have stayed at the rota Hotel four times . Each time we loved the clean room, the lovely swimming pool with comfortable loungers around it. Breakfast was a lovely buffet, plenty of choice . The staff are friendly and welcoming. We willl continue to use it each time we visit dalyan as it is very close to centre and nothing is too much trouble for staff.

I've been to Dalyan about 20 times and stayed in numerous hotels, so I know the area well. My wife and I recently stayed at Dalyan Yunus Hotel for our honeymoon. By far the best rooms, service, and location I've experienced. This is on the top of the list of best stays ever. Melisa, her husband, and Emre were very hospitable and there for every need of ours. We have stayed at Keysan on 3 previous occasions and looking to visit again June 2020 if we can find flights from Newcastle. Kamuran and Hulia are lovely hosts and really look after you. The riverside setting is breathtakingly beautiful and you can take a boat to explore the lake directly from the hotel jetty. We travel a lot and this is the most relaxing place ever!

Brillaint Hotel, nice and cheap. We stayed for 2 weeks. We were greeted at the front desk by two employees who could not do enough for us. Every time we asked a question - for advice on good restaurants or directions to a tourist site, for example, they responded warmly, patiently and expertly. It is situated on the river, 15 minutes walk outside Dalyan. The rooms are basic, 2 or 3 bed single rooms and double rooms. There is a good sized pool with shade, and a garden going down to the river. Trees provide shade if you don't want to sit by the pool. Breakfast is continental, (self service ) and there is a pool bar serving snacks, meals and drinks. There are also tables by the river...

Have a perfect nature, the Strait of Dalyan, hotel a zero, you can make breakfast you can drink by the river. Relax in a hammock or by the pool you can enter. The staff is friendly. Very old rooms need renovation but the hotel and the room we could just. Price. 1.5 km from the centre, a little remote but value for nature.

One of the widest pools we've seen around Turkey. Nevermind that, there are cats, rabbits and a sweet little dog in the place. Well, strike that, there is an ACTIVE chess board at the reception. Love!

Quite liked it here, nice sized pool with a bar. Rooms are cleaned regularly when you are out for breakfast. 4 stars because the room could be a bit brighter, it is not nice to have to use the lights in daytime.

I did not stay at the facility, but I think it is the best in Dalyan for boat tour. You can even attend just for Suzan's beautiful food and smiling face.

It's suitable for families and the owners are friendly, generally they tried to help with everything we said. They take good care. The house is old; bathrooms, kitchens and sinks especially need to be changed. It's clean though old. There is no hair or smell on the sheets. There is no parking lot, you put it on the pavement-like place in front of it. It's nice because it's right in front of the hotel...

Lovely hotel a short walk from dalyan centre. Hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was great with amazing eggs each morning. Staff smiley and happy to help. Only problem we had was our ground floor room was a bit loud, could hear staff chatting through the night and the wooden doors were quite loud when slammed through the night. Other guests said it’s quiet on the higher floors so we’ll remember this...

Just back from our 10 day stay at Montana, this was our 4th visit and the 5th visit is already being planned. Its a lovely small family running hotel with great staff who truly look after you. This is a nice hotel with luxurious and clean rooms. Location is only thing that could be better as it’s a little bit more outside of the city center (~10 min walk). They offer an on table breakfast with nice and fresh food. And they are flexible in handling requests if you want to change the booking. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

I had a very relaxing time at the Caretta carretta Hotel. Hotel personals are very helpful. I had to check in at midnight they were kindly left my room keys at reception I was so happy after the tiring journey from flights. Really appreciated 🙏. This is a really lovely hotel. Staff is super helpful and the hotel is nice. There is no parking but street parking is free and safe.

Had a nice stay for a couple of nights. The room was essential but didn't miss anything. The hotel is decorated in a charming traditional style (matching Dalyan's general vibe) and overall clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part is the breakfast which is severed on the terrace and was a great way to start the day.

We stayed one night here. Our room was on the second floor. It was a small and cozy room but it got a bit cold during the night (on April) The water was good and hot during the day but during the night it's not possible to take a shower. The owner and crew were chill and always had a smile. The breakfast was good, and the location was very close to the river.

Close to downtown, cheap and clean. Room has air conditioning and a kettle. Who pulls there is an Internet connection and a few showers. My only regret was I chose the beds, hence the price. More user-induced soft on the people they're making his back hurt.
