Our room was the only let down of the entire experience - nothing wrong with it at all, we just didn't have a nice view from our balcony. If you are ever in Dalyan you have to stay here - they only offer b&b but breakfast is really good. The pool is lovely, service is great, very relaxing. There isn't any entertainment but you're only a few minutes walk from everything and it's lovely going into town...

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, clean pool, friendly staff. Only negative was our room was right next to the bar which stays open until 2am and it could get loud. It's a 10-15 minute walk into town. Bar and food prices are higher than in town.

This was by far my favourite hotel! I was greeted with such warmth and felt comfortable immediately. It was so peaceful and serene. The service was impeccable, and the people were so lovely. Out of town hotel that's situated next to the river, and get the right room, and you can just get a glimpse of the rock tombs. This is a clean, bright and cosy hotel. This is a small family run hotel with the personal touch and it is also great value for money. We just stayed for 11 nights and were very happy with all the key aspects of our stay. The hotel is on the riverside, the Kaunos king tombs are visible. The landscaping is very good. Greenery and trees, bar. The pool bar and restaurant are magnificent. The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. We were sent to this hotel when asur was closed ,having read the reviews I can honestly say I was worried….fast forward 2 weeks and I absolutely loved it .the staff were second to none and as were were a large group(14) they even asked what they could do to improve .any suggestions we made were applied and were ongoing as we left . The location of the hotel is fantastic. It has beautiful gardens stretching down to the river. Lovely places by the river to chill and relax. Fantastic staff, who all work incredibly long hours. You come on holiday for sun and swimming pool and great service. You won't be disappointed here. The pool is very big and immaculate clean inside and outside. A very reasonably priced B&B run by a very nice man and in a good spot that's away from the hustle and bustle of Dalyan but close enough to make it accessible. The rooms are basic but clean, the breakfast bar has a good selection, and the pool area is a great place to relax. My advice is to take the time to talk to the staff and establish a friendship. Yavuz will always look after his friends.

A clean and pleasant hotel set in a lovely gardens, the pool attended to clean every day. The room's are no frills but spotless free air conditioning . Breakfasts is simple bit fresh. We have stayed there four times in six years and are going again this year 2018. I recommend it to all my friend's and relative. The owner is helpful and attentive willingness to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Wow - I have never been to a place like this! Literally on top of a mountain and they even transport you to and from. They said they would cook for us - outside our comfort zone as we normally want a menu - but it was so worth it as the casserole and home made pizza just amazing! I really liked the hotel. Conveniently located - in the very center. Great service. The balcony opens onto a patio with a swimming pool and lots of greenery on the property. In the evenings there is live music. There are cats living in the hotel and it's wonderful. If I come to Dalyan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

It's suitable for families and the owners are friendly, generally they tried to help with everything we said. They take good care. The house is old; bathrooms, kitchens and sinks especially need to be changed. It's clean though old. There is no hair or smell on the sheets.
