Dalyan Tezcan Hotel

Noticing the nice comments and I'm regretting it bad that I came to shed !!! notice the -1 out of 10 hotel cleaning..so I can't say I wouldn't have come if I'd known it would be.clean out of the sheets in the morning when I leave the room only to see that the direction has changed making you feel stupid!
Sucks that I have to change the name of dinner the previous day's Dinner.
To hang around in the evening ' in the night no hot water :) I'm laughing from the border.in the evening spend time at the mall because of the need to resolve and I had to take a shower with cold water
Ha, you necessarily do not bring your child if you say tezcan.poor, cold water will make you sick.

I've never been there but who should we believe according to what comments are good or bad, you've ruined that for you already brother customer money in tourism facilities handyman TC.

I want as many people as I can reach to know that we had a terrible experience in this hotel. There was no hot water available in my room - i politely asked that they do something about it or relocate us in another room. They told me to wait an hour so that the boiler gets some air and the water will be heated (??). Nothing happened, I went back to the staffs who informed me that I should just have a cold shower, and that the hotel was fully booked which I know was an utter lie. I had to get my Turkish acquaintance involved by phone in this conversation because their English was poor (especially the old receptionist - not a single word). I´ve been then told that basically the whole structure has a problem with the boiler nobody has hot water. All this and not a word of apology.

Furthermore the receptionist was very rude at check-in and sighed and made a face when we kindly asked them for help. The way they treated us was not acceptable.

Don´t ruin your holiday at this hotel. I strongly encourage people to stay elsewhere.
