I really liked the hotel. Conveniently located - in the very center. Great service. The balcony opens onto a patio with a swimming pool and lots of greenery on the property. In the evenings there is live music. There are cats living in the hotel and it's wonderful. If I come to Dalyan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Old world vibe to this place, with a beautiful pool courtyard surrounded by wooden balconies. Some parts are wearing out a bit but the rooms are impeccably clean and the beds are comfortable and cozy. I had a problem with pkumbing on my second night and they switched my room without hesitation. The service here is really too notch, from the excellent breakfast to the delicious and well priced meals in their lounge. I had a beef tenderloin and a grilled fish and both were among my favourites so far in Turkey. The live music in the lounge was a nice bonus. Was happy to find such a welcoming and.well priced place so close to the river.

We stopped here for one night due to flight delay. We were thrilled on entry to see the lovely layout of the building. We were greeted immediately with lovely food, then shown to our room. The place is very clean, has some cats and dogs lingering around which I dont mind. Would stay here if im staying in Dalyan again.

Just come back from a 7 day holiday and can honestly say it is the most loveliest hotel I have stayed in, the staff are really great constantly helping! The hotel is really beautiful, the room is really beautiful, Nil was just an amazing person that made you feel more welcome.

We only visited the restaurant, when a flight delay caused us to be accommodated at another hotel and we were sent here for evening meal buffet. It was very nice and the pool looks good too.

We stayed here for 2 nights while passing through Dalyan. Lovely clean hotel and really helpful staff... not where I would stay for a week but just my personal choice as I like a bit of luxury and quiet (there is live music wed. Sat, sun) but this hotel is perfectly comfortable, clean, good pillows...breakfast is basically toast unless you like Turkish breakfast. If I was onlyreviewing cleanliness and staff helpfulness Nish would get 5* I would definitely stay again if going for a short stay 👍

I bought a family room with balcony. That is what I bought not I received. They offered first a terrible room. You will see below. AC only makes noise, terrible noise. A small room with a non-standard bed. It is only a corridor not a room. They changed after much thinking they offered a too. with full bed and a sofa. Again no balcony. Breakfast is below average. This place does not worth you money, avoid it!

Disaster!!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Stay AWAY!!!!
Our flight was cancelled by EasyJet and all the passengers were sent to Nish Caria at 4am after waiting at Dalaman Airport for 6 hours.
My elderly parents were with me who require special assistance along with my wife and 3 children.
We were the first to enter the hotel and I politely asked if my parents could be given a ground floor room, and another 2 rooms for my wife and children.
The manager immediately ushered my parents to the reception area and said WAIT!
The staff then selected as many passengers who they could squeeze into rooms for multiple occupancy.
When I protested that I asked first for a room, the manager and his staff began to shout and became aggressive with insults and threats of violence, at one point the manager threatened to call the police if I continued to protest.
Shouting and swearing continued and I was even pushed around by his staff after which I retaliated and made it clear that I was not going to tolerate this behaviour and would call the police myself.
This barrage of abuse and threatening behaviour continued for an hour in front of my elderly and tired parents, along with all the other passenger who shamefully did not intervene.
We did not feel entitled in anyway, just expected better in view of parents with special assistance.
We were finally given the rooms we requested but were left of an extremely negative impression of Turkish hospitality.
Rude, aggressive and extremely corrupt environment.
The next day the MANAGER insisted I apologise as his guests were disturbed by my protest.
No wonder the EU and UK regard Turkey as a NON safe country.
Will never return to Turkey!
