The hotel itself is very well presented spotless throughout plenty of selection of food and drinks available 24 hours..

It's has its own private beach with a pontoon, so sea swimming is great and the fish are everywhere just take some bread down with you and feed them from your hands.

The waterpark is great, small but enough slides for everyone and well managed, so not waiting around as the staff members split the queue.

There's plenty of different eating options outside and in, and they are split into age so you can have a relaxing meal without kids everywhere. 3 different seating areas and the staff members are great service is fast bringing drinks over and they also have a juice machine you can use yourself.

They also have a 24-hour pool bar, everything from top shelf to ice coffee.

Look around the place they have on site stores plus a tattoo place. Just book in they will also do your designs .

So, in short, you won't go hungry and never be bored what a place.

Really nice spot. We booked the Lakeland area of the complex and I’m glad we did. The reserving towel over the sun beds was particularly annoying. This wasn’t too bad where we were but around the main pool it was a joke.

The hotel entertainment staff played loud music (very big speakers) near the main pool all day, don’t get me wrong I like music but not all day. Pool games and pool aerobics all day would have also been irritating but thankfully we were no where near it. If you like that kind of thing though then get your towels out early. 😆

Meal times were also very busy at certain times so avoid 9:30am and 8pm as it was rammed. They also started to clear the food at 9pm on the dot and started with the deserts much to the disappointment of my Mrs (on the 1st day).

The beer was ok (Efes) but that was it for the all inclusive, there were about 12 cocktails to choose from if that’s your thing. Wine was available but there was no choice than what was given to you, it was no chateau nerf de pape.

The beach could have done with a clean up and was littered with plastics and fag ends, most people may have not noticed or even cared but personally I don’t like it.

All in all we would go back here but only after looking at other places first. £2,600 for mum, dad and 9yr old ain’t exactly cheap even with a Jet2 free child place.

Absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end.

1. Great rooms and spacious ours had sea views from every single rooms.
2. The area around the resort was so clean and it was huge loved doing for walks in the morning and evenings. The beach was private and the sunset views were out of this world. The beach itself was so nice and clean and the water was warm and green.
3. The choice of places to eat were really good, the main canteen offers a buffet and then others offer burgers, southern fried chicken. There is also a patisserie where you can grab cakes, cold drinks and ice-cream all day. There are many bars scattered around so you will always get a cold drink all around the resort
4. The pool areas were kept clean and wee amazing, there is also an indoor heated pool!. Spa and hamaam. The slides were so much fun, there is fun for both kids and adults. Couldn't get enough of the slides!.
5. The room service was amazing never too much for the staff who were very polite and friendly and always replenished towels and bedsheets were changed daily

Overall this place is a must if you are thinking of coming. Great for all ages. You won't regret your stay. Once we have discovered some other parts of the world we will definitely at some point return back here.

The one negative I would have is that the on resort supermarket are thieves and make up their own prices. They have a scooter and kids car hiring service. Most of the kids cars are not safe to drive as wheels are loose. The batteries run out, we had to push 2 back which was very annoying and then they argued about giving the money back!!. They are very rude staff and do unfortunately let down the rest of the resort. Went once got robbed and conned!. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!.

This is the second time we have been back to this resort because we loved it so much the first time. The facilities are incredible. Kid friendly but with options for couples to have their own quiet space also. The staff are so attentive ! There is something for everyone, every day and every night. The entertainment team are brilliant, providing daily activities that most places would charge extra for. The catering staff also can’t do enough for you! If you’re lucky enough to be attended to by Behcet Tari… you’re in for a a great holiday. He made our holiday the first time and is the a big reason we came back!

Food was good, rooms were clean. Overall the staff couldn't do enough for you. There were a few members of staff that were not interested in helping and wanted tips for everything. One was we wanted to watch football FA cup final. They said they couldn't get it which is understandable as it's Turkey. However straight away one of the staff said if you pay 5 euro each there is a place in the hotel where you can watch it.. This is just one example of it.

My family and I came here for a family vacation. We could not have been more pleased. When our family had a need, the staff provided everything we needed. The hotel was as advertised and the staff went above and beyond their responsibilities to make sure our family had a relaxing vacation. We have two little kids and between the kids areas and pools they had a blast. We would love to return one day for another family vacation.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, loads of pools to choose from , the bar was ok but the drinks were quite horrible. The food in the main restaurant wasn't so good, they were quite bland but the waiters and servers were exceptional and very helpful. Can't say the same for the receptionists as they struggled with English and understanding anything most times. Overall, it was good. The kids really enjoyed it, and I also enjoyed the spa, which was amazing, but the food and drinks were a letdown.

Attending back in October with the family. Stunning hotel. All of activities to do with the kids and water games. Rooms were really spacious for a family of 5. Food was ok, all inclusive so all parties were happy to have different varieties.
