Really nice spot. We booked the Lakeland area of the complex and I’m glad we did. The reserving towel over the sun beds was particularly annoying. This wasn’t too bad where we were but around the main pool it was a joke. We stayed in a swim-up room, on the ground floor. The food was very good, the room matched our expectations. Drinks, on the other hand, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are very bad, being canned and very cheap. The only acceptable drinks can be found in the Lounge. The hotel itself is very well presented spotless throughout plenty of selection of food and drinks available 24 hours.. It's has its own private beach with a pontoon, so sea swimming is great and the fish are everywhere just take some bread down with you and feed them from your hands. Cleanliness is at a compromise level. There are not enough trash cans around the pools, resulting in cups, bottles, and napkins in the pools. In 7 days, they changed the bed linen only once. The child's bed smelled of urine and feces. The food is delicious and very varied. The animation is almost all day long and quite varied. the evening show is nice.

Went last September, absolutely loved this place, the food was good, loads to choose from, entertainment was brilliant, the late night beach party was the best bit for us! The staff were friendly, the whole resort was nice and clean, massive pool, We're going again this year. Can definitely see why it's a 5 star resort.

Perfect hotel rooms in Main Building, great variety of food that is really tasty. There are several places to enjoy sea - you can check sandy shore and seabed or if you prefer start from more deep water - you can use several available pontoons. Everything is really close in only couple minutes.

We stayed here for a week honestly everything was perfect the food is good , our rooms were cleaned everyday, we had a lot of fun and special thanks to the staff cause everyone was so helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Well.... Looks like hotel is not well maintained. Rooms re not super clean, damages visible everywhere. Only flat surfaces are cleaned. In corners you can see aged rubbish. Pools re fine. We stayed 6 days at this hotel. Everything was perfect, a lot of food. Everybody can find what they want. Every evening, at 22pm is night show, every evening is diferent show. I liked it very much.
