The hotel is excellent and perfect for a family. We had two kids under 3 years old and they loved the water park. We booked the family suite which is spacious and has two bedrooms. The view across the bay was amazing, but if you looked down to the ground we were above the unseen parts of the hotel that was messy - it did not bother us though as we were barely in our room. I stayed here alone only a couple of faults was the bathroom was dirty my shower head was broke the shower flooded the bathroom as it was blocked the drain was sharpe which i cut my foot in the also found a dirty sock on the towel rail which i reported these faults but nothing was done about it you could hear everything in the next apartment but that’s not a massive issue… other than that the room...

The Hotel is Family run and they are so friendly and helpful, we have stayed there a number of times and have always enjoyed ourselves. We were there for bed and breakfast. It also did a service for some food at certain times. The menu had quite a lot of foods on it, but was unable to make them all. The food, if you could get it was well made. Some things were made throughout the day but you had to love chips and cola. You could not swap the cola for water or the chips for a salad. Was disappointed.
