The most incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the pavilions in particular are 100% worth the extra money. The Italian restaurant is great for lunch, and the hotel is immaculate. Staff can’t do enough for you.

Come for a drink every night at the sailor bar. Staff are very helpful and are welcoming and friendly. Would recommend and come again. Elif, yusuf and seda was so friendly.

The a la carte restaurants are a bonus, we ate at the Italian and Mexican and the food was amazing, you can also go the Italian for lunch as many times as you want to if you want a change from the snack bar or main restaurant without booking

We stayed in the main building at the front of the hotel, it was a large room with a double bed a single bed and a chaise longue. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the near future

Lalezar Restaurant is absolutely stunning. Set opposite the beach the food was outstanding and the staff cannot do enough for you. Best Turkish food we have had ever

The private beach was lovely - I had read that it was pebbley rather than sandy but we thought it was perfect. For those into swimming the pools were huge and maintained very well

Venosa resorts is absolutely amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you. especialy Kenan is so helpful, kind and always there to answer your questions and help his Englishus very good

Food is amazing and lots of it, amazing verity, hats off to the chefs and all the team, very attentive. We have visited in August but still there was no crowds, very chilled and relaxed

Its more of a public beach and kids and adults actually swim with clothes on, not swimwear. The kids adults eat in the pool, no body actually stops this, its become the norm. and just unhygienic standards for what i paid

Horrid treatment for those paying for a 5* luxury stay. hotel doesn't even have alchol by the beach bar. Only at the pool bar, and the younger boys working there cannot make a coctail

People actually argue with you if you remove a towels if they haven't come for more than 2 hours. Badly tourist are being treated

Very friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, a large and spacious complex suitable especially for family holidays

Tourist make about 5% of the holidayers and the rest of the resort as they've told us are workers for the companys who have shares or something in the hotel, who get to have anual holiday in the resort

Food for me was not nice, nothing kids can eat, lits of traditional food, which is hard for those who are not use to such strong flavours. It does not cater for all especially the young tourists

There are several places to enjoy sea - you can check sandy shore and seabed or if you prefer start from more deep water - you can use several available pontoons. Everything is really close in only couple minutes

Great place with some issues to improve: internet connection, housekeeping, cleaning, repair works to be done. They have great foods and drinks. Nice beaches and decks. Wish the best for their next season

We stayed here for a week honestly everything was perfect the food is good , our rooms were cleaned everyday, we had a lot of fun and special thanks to the staff cause everyone was so helpful and polite

The staff , the hotel , the food everything is here just amazinggg. The area of the hotel is surrounded bye sea view ! It’s just 10 min with taxi from Altinkum

for a hotel of this capacity having one person man the main pool bar is disgusting and extremely unfair to the individual working it because they are so overworked that they look miserable

it is obvious with anyone with eyes that you are not understaffed in the slightest so it is unacceptable that you think it is sufficient and most importantly ethical for someone to look after a bar in this heat for such a prolonged period of time

Polat (my son's gym buddy and "brother") and Elif were both lovely and as a family we got on really well with them, Mustapha at the entertainment bar is a one-off, a true character and always smiling, and Erdoğan at La Scala went above and beyond

Excellent in every meaning. Hard working staff and the result is visible. Only one thing I didn't liked - too many sunbeds around the pool.

they have efes on tap which doesn’t go flat after 30 seconds and is always fresh and cold!! let’s go on to some, i wouldn’t even say negatives, just needs some tightening! the first and probably the most gutting is the lack of turkish night on a thursday

There was a good selection of bars available and the queue was never that long and if you wanted to go to a quieter pool and bar there was a pool just outside of the Elegance part of the hotel

Like with most hotels the sun beds had to be reserved as otherwise you’d not get one but instead of searching for where to get the pool towels from like with most hotels I came down to lovely freshly laundered ones on the beds

The pool and the sea enough sunbeds and umbrellas, no problem with accommodation. The rooms are clean, all OK, clean linen and good mattresses

Amazing hotel for the price and I'm a lovely location. We have a sea view room in the side of the hotel, overlooking the whole of end beach over towards the main Altinkum beach. Really nice

It’s next to the beach 1 min walking and there are a lots of shops and supermarket. They clean your room every day. I think I would recommend this to anyone who wants quality hotel with good location

I would recommend this place to families as it has a great pool and a nice bar which you could get any kind of drinks. The location is perfect as it is in the centre of altinkum and literally 2 mins away from the beach

It says it’s a three star hotel but it’s more like a four star. It’s professional, clean, well kept and overall a nice safe hotel. There isn’t random creepy people in the hotel but families so it’s a child friendly place
