The most incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the pavilions in particular are 100% worth the extra money. The Italian restaurant is great for lunch, and the hotel is immaculate. Staff can’t do enough for you.

Cleanliness is at a compromise level. There are not enough trash cans around the pools, resulting in cups, bottles, and napkins in the pools. In 7 days, they changed the bed linen only once

Come for a drink every night at the sailor bar. Staff are very helpful and are welcoming and friendly. Would recommend and come again. Elif, yusuf and seda was so friendly.

Lalezar Restaurant is absolutely stunning. Set opposite the beach the food was outstanding and the staff cannot do enough for you. Best Turkish food we have had ever

The a la carte restaurants are a bonus, we ate at the Italian and Mexican and the food was amazing, you can also go the Italian for lunch as many times as you want to if you want a change from the snack bar or main restaurant without booking

We stayed in the main building at the front of the hotel, it was a large room with a double bed a single bed and a chaise longue. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the near future

The private beach was lovely - I had read that it was pebbley rather than sandy but we thought it was perfect. For those into swimming the pools were huge and maintained very well

Venosa resorts is absolutely amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you. especialy Kenan is so helpful, kind and always there to answer your questions and help his Englishus very good

The room was clean and well maintained, a good menu and plenty to choose from. Entertainment team gave good shows. The best of all was our waiter he looked after us from the minute we sat down

Bear in mind like most families it has taken us all year to save up and pay this holiday off before I start my review!! I was not going to bother leaving a review but I think it’s important if someone has children I would NOT recommend this hotel

There was one waffle machine by the pool and sometimes you had to wait 35 to 40 minutes in the queue

It is something you should not have to worry about round a pool and has taken a wee bit of a shine of the pool as it is very good

Very friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, a large and spacious complex suitable especially for family holidays

Its more of a public beach and kids and adults actually swim with clothes on, not swimwear. The kids adults eat in the pool, no body actually stops this, its become the norm. and just unhygienic standards for what i paid

Horrid treatment for those paying for a 5* luxury stay. hotel doesn't even have alchol by the beach bar. Only at the pool bar, and the younger boys working there cannot make a coctail

there was always a place open for you to eat, if you wanted a beach snack, head down there for some pizza and fries. want a chicken doner wrap and fresh gozleme? head down to the amphitheatre

they have efes on tap which doesn’t go flat after 30 seconds and is always fresh and cold!! let’s go on to some, i wouldn’t even say negatives, just needs some tightening! the first and probably the most gutting is the lack of turkish night on a thursday

their sunny side up eggs were always freezing because things weren’t ready. if you’re not able to honour the time for a 7am breakfast, push it back half an hour to allow yourselves time to prepare for the breakfast rush

i think having this can really showcase the incredible turkish cuisine and their history. following on from this is the sheer lack of entertainment. we stayed for 10 nights and the total amount entertainment was 3

those who are wanting to be up early to seize the day are met with a lack of service just because we’re not there at 9am. the final thing is the lack of staff on the bars and it’s actually ridiculous

this is a celebration that hotels do every thursday and so far all the hotels i’ve been to have had this but it’s a first that i haven’t experienced one here

They have a bbq section outside the restaurant and the meat is absolutely gorgeous absolutely everything is dealt with care and passion, the snack bar is open hours after dinner and before tea serving food like beef,chicken and vegetable burgers with chips, pizza, garlic bread, pasta, salads etc and the drinks bar outside next to the pool has exceptional cocktails

My stay at the hotel so far has been excellent. The pool area is amazing as it is so big and there are also water slides to keep you entertained

Entertainment staff Rico and Dodo wonderful people they are perfect at their job always including as many people as possible for darts or water polo etc they know how to have a laugh and make so much effort for each and every single person, really hoping they still work there when we go back again later this year they deserve a medal, really really friendly lovely people

When it’s really hot outside they do have the doors closed and a member of staff waiting at the door for anyone who may wish to leave or enter so there is ( Not ) flies or bugs entering the restaurant and each item of food presented has its own tongue, labeled and presented with such care

Absolutely beautiful hotel, each room in the hotel has different stone look calved pictures which are gorgeous and unique, reception staff are really friendly and welcoming even took our suitcase to one side for us to save us pulling it around as we arrived

The free beach sunbeds were always available and the highlight was the jetty outside hotel charged only £2 a day for new sunbeds table and umbrella with steps straight into the sea with no stones to walk on it was heaven! There were 6 children (teens) and 6 adults and all of us enjoyed this holiday

Right on beach lovely distance to bar not drinkers cant coment on alcohol but shandy's and fizzy were lovely 2. Always sunbeds the sea ones were always taken but plenty if your not location fussy

We were 3 in our room 308 a large newly renovated triple room with huge balcony and seaview it was perfect. A fridge and Tv but we didn’t use this. Our bathroom was spacious, great powerful shower and free toiletries

Other guests said their room was horrible so best to ask for a renovated room and pay a little extra if you can? A real hidden gem of a hotel with fantastic location right on the beach

The cleaners came in every day replacing fresh towels, making beds and cleaning. The beds were so comfy but firm but that’s what we like personally. There is a lift which worked well but was dodgy looking but worked well

We paid little for this holiday so didn’t mind eating out and the local supermarkets and bakers were soooo cheap, too cheap it was crazy the value for money

The food is always fresh and differs every day! (better than all 5 star hotels i went to) not far from the beach, didim is a very nice and cozy place to have a calm vacation!

Snack area by jetty very poor. Cold food , better snack area by main pool. Restaurant had good choice but like every all inclusive restaurant the food was just warm. The staff were nice , helpful and friendly

Bed was comfortable however they gave us one small lightweight rough blanket which was too small and no sheet for the top. Asked for another and it didn’t appear. So rather chilly throughout the night

The Turkish restaurant was very good service too but unfortunately the sea food was a big letdown. The site itself is on flat ground and there’s lifts down to the beach which is great

The service and the staff were very nice and welcoming and made the experience way nicer. The bedrooms are not the most luxurious but it’s doable

the unhelpfulness by restaurant staff regarding my mobility scooter was unacceptable, after being asked *twice in one session in the upstairs of the main restaurant to move my disability scooter whilst eating my meal

please note that there were no designated areas for those with disabilities. I'd like to add that I've been a visitor to Altinkum for over 30 years

Their pooches are adorable Jess and her baby puppy can’t wait for next yr as I will be going back. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bedding and towels and the pool and sun beds are also cleaned

It is a small hotel , but very clean the rooms are cleaned every day and the outside areas are always maintained. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice

I would recommend this place to families as it has a great pool and a nice bar which you could get any kind of drinks. The location is perfect as it is in the centre of altinkum and literally 2 mins away from the beach

My and my family stayed there 12 days and I can not complain! Everything was absolutely good and the rooms are big and the view was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Exit to the booth with water entertainment. There are inexpensive cafes right on the seashore. Clubs are located 3 minutes from the hotel. The sea, despite the number of people, remains transparent

It's a pity there is no parking, it is clear why the streets are small and of course somewhere insignificant shortcomings minor breakdowns. The hotel is mainly for couples and families

This Hotel is in a brilliant location for all amenities, bars, restaurants, beach, shops. The Dolmus stops right outside which is great for traveling that bit further than you wish to walk

The hotel has a small pool with plenty of sunbeds despite 80% of which had towels left on them all day without guests actually using the beds

Staff very good and friendly and speak good English. Food very good .we have not stayed in the hotel so can not give a view.during the day you may use the swimming pool if you are non resident as long as you buy a drink

The only downside was that the beech, which was better than I had expected, was about 1 mile downhill. It's not so bad walking down, but after a day at the beach, it felt a tad too steep walking back up

No problem being away from the beach as the bus stop is right outside of the hotel 50p each way. Yes there are a few cats but they a fed and looked after. Would definitely go back to this hotel

Room spotless Staff, the absolute best would do absolutely anything for you. Memet Said Emmis great guys who made our holiday. The swimming pool is a great size and very clean

Only just opened but I am sure it will be a great spot for the summer - reports of charges to use the pool for residents may hamper people staying there during the day, especially families but not certain on that as yet

We were there for bed and breakfast. It also did a service for some food at certain times. The menu had quite a lot of foods on it, but was unable to make them all. The food, if you could get it was well made

Some things were made throughout the day but you had to love chips and cola. You could not swap the cola for water or the chips for a salad

After several hotels in didim, we choosed for Temple Beach hotel. With no regrets! Rooms are very clean and big, the service is great and they are very helpfull. I will definitly stay again in this hotel without a doubt.
