Crazy loud music disturbing all neighbourhood. Totally inappropriate

Though the hotel is quite outdated, our family experience with our 1.5 year old and 1.5 month old babies was great. As the hotel is dated, the rooms are big and even the economic room exceeded our expectations on its size (could easily fit two baby beds plus all our stuff with room to spare). The grounds of the hotel make traveling with a stroller very easy as everything is completely accessible. The staff were so kind and paid good attention to my son while even cleaning his mess with a smile. Most of the hotel guests are Bulgarian and very friendly and welcoming. Beach access and multiple pool options make this place a great choice for families. If we can find the same great price deal (we went mid-June 2023 and paid off season prices) we will definitely be back!

The Büyük Anadolu Hotel boasts a prime beachfront location, making it a top choice for those seeking sun. However, it falls short in terms of room quality and food, closer to a 2.5-3 star experience at best. Great if you prioritize location over luxury.

Very bad service in restaurant(food was ok)if you want some little more food from barbecue you must wait in long queue again. We had fish or turkish dinner on offer once every 7 days just had to book and here was the big problem because it could only be done the day before at 9 am. when we tried to do it in the morning at the reception there was an answer today it's late next time we were at 8.45am and then they said it was only from 9am but a few minutes after 9am it was late as always. As a result, after huge problems and talked with the manager, we managed to eat only one dinner instead of two, and that on the last day. The beach bar is almost always closed, and when it is open, there was always something missing, some Pepsi, some beers, some Fanta. If you want go to this hotel better think a few times before you go. Not internet in the rooms only restaurant and reception.

Not so good. The animation is quite bad but some are ok. They always do the same shows every year. Bar people are weird. But the design is nice of the hotel. New anitmation? NO WIFI IN ROOMS!! And you pay like 10K

Unpleasant experience on the reception first day... they take to many reservations and don't have proper rooms according early booking reservations.Good Staff but they must learn foreign languages. Decent food...
