We had a great family Holiday, fabulous food, lots of choice and freshly cooked.
The pool areas are lovely and clean, fresh towels are provided each day. The kids loved the water slides and lots of ice creams. The private beach at the hotel is lovely and doesn't get too busy.
Lots of activities to take part in and entertainment staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
Rooms are lovely and clean and mini bar topped up during the holiday.
Evening entertainment throughout the week was good, mini disco for the kids each night and a short walk into the town was nice to be able to do some shopping.
Highly recommend coming here, great holiday.

The setting of the hotel was lovely. The food and accommodation was what you would expect of a five star hotel. There were three quieter smaller restaurants included which we enjoyed. The evening entertainment was first class and mostly conducted in English.

At first when we arrived we were warmly welcomed in the reception and we happily had our lunch,while waiting for our rooms to be ready,since we arrived earlier than the check in time.Our room was changed upon our request and the staff helped with the luggage.The room we checked in had a great view of the pool and the sea and it is very calming spending your evenings and nights with a drink in the balcony.

The food is good overall,especially lunch and dinner,however,the breakfast was not the best fit for me,as it did not have diversity.
The rooms were clean,the pool was clean and the sea was also great.
What gave me a bad impression was the elevator that at the beach.Since we have a small child,we had to use the elevator to get to the beach,but the problem was that 50% of the times the elevators were not working.
At last,I wanted to share my opinion for the service(staff).Some staff was really welcoming,willing to serve/help,while others do not give the best impression.

Overall,I define myself as not so much demanding guest and from my point of view we had a good family vacation,however,there is always room for improvement.Nonetheless,the hotels seem to strive to improve and I believe in the future they will provide an even better expirience for their guests.

I think Laur Hotel deserves more than 5 stars!

Especially the food and cuisine, the variety was incredible. The desserts were amazing and there were different world flavors every day. Turkish cuisine was very good. We stayed in the Family Room with sea view, the beds were very comfortable and they were cleaned regularly. We were very pleased, I hope we can come again...

A perfect all inclusive resort with a big shout out to their night concierge Burak. The hotel has 4 amazing restaurants 1 of which is open 24/7 and a 24/7 bar. There is always lots to do and great entertainment at night. The beach club is 40 euro entry and where we spent most our days, other than the beach club nearly all seating by the pool and beach is free. Staff are very friendly and receptionists speak pretty good English. Food is amazing and a lot of choice for all. No matter how busy the hotel is there is lots of space so never feels packed. Rooms are very spacious and the balcony view is beautiful. Burak was amazing, anything we needed we messaged him and he always delivered, even going as far as taking us to the markets on our last day. He was so accommodating and friendly and we will truly miss him now we’re back in the UK.

I have only 2 negatives:
Dining tables aren’t cleaned as regularly as I would have liked, and the air conditioning isn’t very strong for the hot climate. Some reviewers spoke about not being able to lock the balcony door, we thought the same at first but you are able to, there are two locks you push into the top and bottom of the handle which locks it fully.

Overall me and my partner had the best holiday and we’re already planning on returning thank you.

Seven of us stayed here for two weeks holiday with a total of three rooms between us 2202, 2206 & 2208. The rooms weren’t the best I’ve stayed at with not very good air conditioning, curtains didn’t close properly leaving a big gap for the world to see and the toilet went wrong so many times that I learnt how to fix it myself. They were cleaned every day to a high standard by one of the a very nice cleaning lady who was always too happy to help.
Like with most hotels the sun beds had to be reserved as otherwise you’d not get one but instead of searching for where to get the pool towels from like with most hotels I came down to lovely freshly laundered ones on the beds.
The drinks from the bars came in decent size glasses and there was a choice of cocktails but not many of the bar staff knew how to do them. There was a lovely employee by the name of Islan who always looked after myself and my family around the pool making sure we always had a drink. There was a good selection of bars available and the queue was never that long and if you wanted to go to a quieter pool and bar there was a pool just outside of the Elegance part of the hotel.
Just like most all inclusive hotels there was a good selection of places to eat and 3 different à la cart restaurants, personally my favourite one was the Italian as the restaurant overlooking the sea and the serving staff were great. The Turkish restaurant was very good service too but unfortunately the sea food was a big letdown.
The site itself is on flat ground and there’s lifts down to the beach which is great. The beach was the nicest beach that we’ve had in a hotel as it was in a bay and the sea was very calm.
The holiday company we went with was On The Beach and they allocated a holiday rep called Charlie from a company called Regal. He was amazing he went beyond what was expected and supported my family in our individual needs. He made sure that none of the locals took advantage and would liaise with them for us.
Most of the staff were very nice and polite. There’s probably a lot of things I’ve forgotten to mention but I’d definitely recommend this hotel and come back. 😎❤️❤️🌞🥂

Friendly staff pleasant clean well equipped rooms with balcony. Location ratings based mainly on the views as haven't been about much yet I will update later if needed. Just seen a review talking about a lack of toast in the morning? There is a bakery with 20 or more types of bread some precut some not. A bread board and bread knife and a conveyor toaster. You can get as much toast as you like.

The hotel is at a high level - the rooms are cleaned every day, there is 24/7 All inclusive, in general everything is great, but there are 2 things that really annoy me and as I notice many other people (I really hope the hotel takes measures to be on high level). The first thing is one of the waiters in the 24 hour restaurant which is in the old building, the waiter's name is Hasan. The one time he served me spaghetti half fell off the plate, and today we sat and waited 15 minutes for him to come take our order, and he walked past our table 5 times while playing on the phone, and on top of that, I then order him Potato Casserole he fails to bring me what I ordered 3 times in a row, but instead brings me spinach.After the last spinach he brought me, I couldn't take it anymore after we waited for 45 minutes, and he always made fun of us and brought us the same thing every time, I decided to take the dish and go to the chefs to ask them what this dish is from the menu and it had nothing to do with what I ordered, and after I asked for a potato casserole they said it was out of stock. Well, he couldn't tell me that this dish was over and I should choose something else, or he chose to joke with hungry people, saying every time that he understood what we wanted to eat and brought me spinach 3 times. I ended up getting angry and left the restaurant hungry.The second thing is that the towels for the beach are no longer with cards like they were last year, but they are simply put on the sunbeds at the pool early in the morning and while you are on vacation you have to get up early to win 2 towels. Because after I wake up and go to the beach at 10 o'clock there are no more free towels.

Searching for a holiday & reading review after review I saw this hotel on Travel Zoo & the 1st 5 reviews were all 5* so thought it’s got to be good!! Booked 10 days & what a gorgeous hotel, location, facilities- everything you want! The majority of guests are East Europeans so there are hardly any British people there, but didn’t bother us! The rooms are spacious (needed a few things sorted but these were done immediately 😀). The only thing they could do with is a long mirror. Definitely choose sea view when you book.
The staff were utterly amazing, nothing was too much trouble & loved speaking to us to practice their English. Olga on Guest Relations was so lovely & so helpful and also the other lady too! Everyone was just so polite, friendly and can’t praise them enough.
The food was buffet but what a choice!!! We had 2 x A la carte meals which were lovely.
The location, stunning. But you have to pay fir the infinity pool and beds on the pontoon but definitely worth it 🤩.
The only thing that puzzled me was that we paid for Ultra All-Inclusive but no-one could explain what the difference was in that & All-inclusive as we didn’t have to wear bands, so just book All-inclusive.
Also they should tell you beforehand that you have to pay for the Infinity pool & the beds on the pontoon.
Would I go again ……. definitely 🙌🙌🙌🙌
