Fantastic hotel, amazing
staff,never stayed in such
a clean hotel,spotless,food & drink brilliant. Beach let's this place down,big time. Not much to do outside of hotel but taxis & buses easy to use.Would highly recommend & 💯 would return.

I have mixed feelings about this place.
There are things that deserve a five star rating and sadly there are those not so minor details that kind of tarnish the entire image.
We arrived around midnight, were greeted by a lovely guy at the reception and everything was efficiently explained to us.
However the mini bar that is supposed to be replenished every day was empty and despite being assured this would be rectified immedietely, they did not manage to restock it until the next day.
The rooms in my opinion would benefit from a bit of refurbishment, beds were very comfy though.
Cleaning the rooms is another story.
The towels are changed daily which is a standard everywhere however I would expect bathrooms to be cleaned properly.
Unfortunately no signs of it.
In the morning after our arrival on a shelf underneath the bathroom sink I found pyjamas and pants left by previous guests...Quite bizzarre I must say and only speaks volumes about how the rooms are cleaned.
Perhaps lowering daily targets for the cleaning ladies would help resolve the issue.
Food was not bad but it felt a bit monotonous. Coffee and drinks ( soft drinks and fresh orange juice as we do not drink alcohol) as well as a wide selection of fruit were top notch though, so were desserts and ice cream.
Starbucks is another story, you get it for free but it is open for 4 h a day only and queues can be looooong...A nice addition though.
Water park and a splash park for kids were brilliant. So were all the lifegueards. The lady and all the guys were true professionals, always watchful, we did feel safe ( we have a 4 year old daughter).
You can also eat lunch by the splashpark and by the main pool without having to go upstairs to the main restaurant.
Although I would recommend using some kind of a fridge for all the salads and fruit as with 37 degrees C after and hour it is hardly edible.
One thing that I would recommend the hotel takes into consideration and it is something that honestly drives me mad whenever I think about it is a towel problem.
Putting your towels on the sunbeds by the pool first thing in the morning as a visible sign that is supposed to tell others " these sunbeds are reserved" and returning to the comforts of your bed only to show up at the pool area a few hours later is the practice that should be addressed by the hotel staff. Unacceptable to me.
Also I would appreciate it if the entire area by the pool was shaded not only some random parts of it.
And one more thing regarding waiting staff. Please do hire more people as it we did feel there was not enough staff to be able to clear tables and prepare them for next guests to come so we often had to ask for cutlery or glasses.
Right, enough of the rant.
On the positive side, we did enjoy the animations in the evenings.
Mini disco was a nice touch as well for the little people.
I decided to buy a massage at the hotels spa which was carried out in a professional manner, I did enjoy it, a truly relaxing experience and a value for the price as well I shall say.
All in all, despite all the flaws, we had a good time, came back home relaxed.
Would I go back to this hotel? Not sure...
We have been to better places in Turkey.
Water park is worth it though!

Just got home this morning. What a wonderful experience in this hotel. Spent 7 days. I wished I had booked for more days. Great food, great staff and rooms kept cleaned at all times. Swimming pool is enormous. If you wanted some peace, then the beach is where to go. Plenty of loungers to. Drinks were plentiful. It's definitely fantastic for children. If I was to be honest, I would not use this hotel in peak time as it would be absolutely packed. October was just right for us as both my partner and I are of a certain age. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We have had a wonderful time at this hotel. Staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help you. Lots for families to do and we have had a blast with Titi and his team - fantastic animation team, so positive and friendly with lots and lots of fun. Can’t wait to return in July with all 14 of us!!

This place was pretty cool.

The food was AMAZING, fresh, good quality and they fed you like crazy. This was my personal favorite “part of the hotel” the high quality fresh food. Delicious.

The people who get your bags are friendly and informative.

The room service, and the disconnect between room service and the people in charge and the people up front was very very poor, and they need to be properly trained. (Room service employees).

The location of the hotel is interesting. But beautiful right on the beach( a block away) to get there you go under the road, like a tunnel that’s connected to the hotel. Interesting design different from United States building construction.

The entertainment team was great very very friendly and kept everyone engaged, everyday night they would have a different show, outside on a stage. It was cool.

Overall I enjoyed my experience there.

We enjoyed our holiday for 6 days.
Cleaning and hygiene were perfect.
Meals, snacks, and alcohol were of high quality in the main building.
Aqua parks were good for both children and adults.
It is highly recommended to visit a spa and get a massage.
Rooms have poor soundproofing.
Seaside has rocks, so one needs to be careful.
