This is my first time at this hotel in Akbük, Didim. The hotel is nice, and the food is great, but what really made my holiday special was the staff. I especially want to commend the lady at reception who helped me swap my room without any issues. I went to the beach every day, and the facilities at the beach are excellent. The pool bar and restaurant offer delicious food as well.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff are well-trained, particularly Adem, İbrahim, and Özcan from security. They were so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping customers. Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude made a real difference. The shuttle driver also provided excellent service, with shuttles running every 20 minutes between the beach and the hotel. He was always welcoming and delivered exceptional customer service.

Overall, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made this experience unforgettable for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The price is reasonable and suits all budgets.

I felt obliged to write a review.
I think people with bad experiences take their time and people with good experiences don't bother to rate.
I spent a week from October 9th to 16th with my partner and seeing these before reviews, I completely panicked. I was scared, afraid of where to sleep, what to eat and sad about my vacation.  I'll never believe the reviews again. I warn you in advance, according to European standards, it's not a 5-star hotel. But hotels are rated on the quantity of services provided, not their ""quality"". I paid a price of 600€ per person with flights+transfers+7 nights. (Di vakantie discounter website)
And it was spectacular. Although the food was different and I was afraid of it, it was a cultural thing, I had lots of fresh food and plenty of variety. Fruit, desserts, stewed meat... delicious baklavas!!! The hotel welcomed us at 3am and gave us two sandwiches straight away.  They spoke very little English, but enough for us to understand each other. The room was spacious and there were no fancy sheets or fancy things like people expect. I had the basics and a comfortable bed. The sound starts around 9am/10am but my room was further away from the pool, so it didn't bother me at all if i wanted to sleep until late. Activities every night, the pool was spectacular, the spa too and the bus that takes you to the beach, also with another part of the hotel with food and pools, also spectacular. Always and active days, including a lot of families and children's. If you want to relax and enjoy, feel free. Are you expecting a quiet and peaceful hotel? Forget it. This hotel is full of activities and fun! I loved it and intend to return. For the nasty comments about the food, I've attached all the photos I took.
I saw lots of staff working shifts of 12 hours. Let's be humble and understand that it's not always possible to exceed our expectations. Be human and respect them. Many of them were exhausted, but they were still there doing their best to make sure we had a good vacation.
I'd like to mention that I had the opportunity to go to Kos (Greece) and Pamukkale thanks to the excursion company that was there. It was an incredible experience! I recommend it!
Thank you Ramada Akbuk staff!!! See you next year!

We stayed 6 days at this hotel. Everything was perfect, a lot of food. Everybody can find what they want. Every evening, at 22pm is night show, every evening is diferent show. I liked it very much. Rooms are clean. The local tukish beer "efes" is very good :). We liked ir very much. If you want go by the sea , there is a bus, and the driver is very nice :)

I have been to many 5* star resorts over the past couple of years, and this is definitely not a 5* hotel. The room itself is quite lovely, although the hotel itself seems to not be maintained sufficiently which makes it look rather tired. The WiFi is pretty much non-existent at times and at certain parts of the hotel. The food is very repetitive and seems to be the same frozen foods day-in and day-out. I was even sick on one of the nights from it. Although, overall, we did have a nice stay but unfortunately we wouldn't revisit this resort.

Had a great time, but not a 5 star hotel even in Turkish standard 😄 really liked the town, meals were nice, there's extra sunbeds that you can take if there's not enough free ones. Every 2-3 days there's an interesting show after kids disco ✨

The Ramada Resort in Kusadasi had several disappointing aspects. The beach is unsafe for children due to its stony surface, which poses a risk of injury. The pool area is overcrowded, with guests rushing to claim sunbeds as early as 7 am, making it nearly impossible to find a spot after 8 am.

The food was lackluster—often overcooked, burned, or bland—though the dessert buffet was a small positive. Cleanliness in the dining area was poor, with food on the floor and tables inadequately cleaned. The staff, despite their efforts, were clearly understaffed.

Our family room was spacious and well-equipped, but it wasn’t properly cleaned during our stay, with only occasional changes of bed linen and towels. Speaking of bed linen, the sheets for the double beds were consistently too small, barely covering the mattress. Each time the linens were changed, we had to call reception to request an additional sheet, only to have the same issue arise again after every change.

The poolside animation was entertaining but limited by outdated equipment—an old surfboard, three tennis balls, a ball, and a few buckets. The gym was just adequate for a basic workout, but some equipment was broken, or needs serious maintenance, and wasn’t properly cleaned. The internet was unreliable, making even simple tasks difficult.

A safety tip: when taking the bus to the beach, avoid letting your kids sit in the back, as the driver often keeps the backdoor open while driving. On the plus side, the resort’s location is close enough to the center to avoid expensive taxi fares. However, steer clear of the in-hotel convenience store, where prices are outrageously high—about four times what you’d pay locally. Instead walk five minutes to the convenience store across the street from the hospital.

Nice hotel for families with children. The pool is small for the capacity of the guests. Food well what can i say needs improvement especially the meat and chicken dishes. Been seen done won't be back.

I'm writing this review because it's unfair that this hotel shares the same 5-star rating as many truly deserving hotels in Turkey. I've stayed at several genuine 5-star hotels in the country, and this one is, at best, a 3-star property. It's misleading to charge extra based on an inflated rating.

**Positives:**
- The forest view and fresh air are refreshing.
- The food is decent—not 5-star quality, but good.
- The rooms are clean.
- The staff is friendly.
- WIFI is surprisingly strong around the hotel.

**Negatives:**
- The hotel is overcrowded.
- It's far from the beach, and while there's a bus every 10 minutes, it's often a hassle to get there. The bus is frequently too full, requiring longer waits.
- The beach is not the sandy paradise advertised; it has a very uncomfortable hard surface.
- The sea is dirty.
- The swimming pools are overcrowded. If you're not early, finding a place to sit, let alone a sunbed, is nearly impossible.
- The entertainment team is good, but the venue is disappointing. What they call an "amphitheater" is just a poolside area with chairs, making it hard to properly watch the shhows

Don’t you ever think! Too many guests for those 2 pathetic pools. One pool is at the hotel, the other one is by the sea 1,2 km away. Beach is faraway from a standard quality. Not enough number of sunbeds, low hygiene, low quality drinks, food & service at the bars. I left 3 days earlier. There are better ways to waste your money, believe me!

Lovely place and very clean. The location is really good to walk down to the beach or get a bus which is provided. Drop off point is by a small water play area and restaurant provided by the hotel, and the beach is just behind.
To get back it is up a slope or you can catch a bus to get back. Will love to go again in the future.

What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
