Venosa Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Stayed 10 nights 13.05.24 - 21.05.24 2 adult 1 x 8 month old baby , holiday booked with Tui.hotel itself could be rated as 3 max however this where all semi good feedback finishes.
Room service was not the best to say politely , we had old sheets put on our the beds , ripped and very old.baby cot was broken in the middle, minibar even though was advised at reception is included was filled up as and when not daily and only with soft drinks.
Reception-at arrival you do get treated better than at departure!!! not one person speaking any language accept Turkish, me and my husband speaking 9 language between us ( English, German, French, Polish, Slovak, Italian, Spanish, Russian , Romanian ) we still struggled to comunicate.our inbound flight was late evening so as outbound flight, we had no food offered upon arrival,
however at check out as soon as we checked out Internet was cut off ,with out even warning, but how they can warn if no English is spoken!?at check out everyone became super unfriendly and careless. TUI rep nowhere to find and is only on site between hours of 10.30 and 12.00 to my opinion its not enough!
Restaurants - we had Italian as A la carte choice- the worts Italian ever we had , food was either too cold either to spicy and super dry, we left after 2nd course without even waiting for desert.Looking at lots of empties tables in another 2 a la carte restaurants I believe that same problem in there as well.
Main restaurant OMG - is super underlooked, same food everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Waiters careless to holiday makers , we had to chaise baby chair everyday even though was plenty available, just not cleaned. Tables were mess and waiters not in the rush to clean them at all.Drink at the tables served very long time by the time they come you finished eating and that's for alcoholic and non-alcoholicdrinks ( water included), food always salty,
Pool bars - never In my life I seen just 1 ice cream spot in the hotel of such size and only open between hours of 13.00 - 17.00 , ques for ice cream was super long 30 -40 minutes each time .one thing which was good that all alcohol drinks served were good quality and original brands .
Lifts in the hotel super busy takes 30 -40 minutes to get down from 8 floor ,it was a killer each time we left the room.
We thought its maybe us being to picky however we met 3 couples in their 70s who have been coming to this place each year for past 10 years, they did say service and hotel has gone down alot and they would not be back again.
Beach - clean but empty glasses not being cleaned regularly, old broken sun lounges still in use , they should be binned long time ago.
Evening entertainment absolute rubbish and been mainly inside as amphitheatre was not working .
Spa good but absolute rip off prices all different from customer to customer I believe its literally based on people look and clothes they wearing, don't want to be ripped off do not wear anything branded.
We never had no funky bed decor even though tippy were left daily, personel was mainly rude and ignorant , Negative list can go on however , Overall it was our 1st time in Turkey and we will not be come back again, we left not impressed at all from famous Turkish luxury .

The staff is not polite, the food is not good, the availability in the bar is constantly exhausted. the children's center and part of the slides are not working. The level of service is extremely poor and we would never make the mistake of staying at Venossa again!
