For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

Quite good quality. Heaters are enaugh to keep rooms warm and comfortable. Hot water in bathroom at all times. Food is decent.

The rooms were very nice and the weather was great, I would recommend a very nice place to go with your child. We want to come when snow is available 😊👍🏻

The hotel is very nice and nice. Since it is a skiing place for tourists, it is a tourist destination. Full meals were good

Hotel didn't have a shampoo or any hygiene supplies. We came in April for skiing. Hamam is nice, there is massage available but low season had none Hotel was clean, room smelled nice, staff very nice and helpful Rooms have more Beds then needed :)

I like this place, price is equal quality. In rooms very warm, fine food. It's close to station Tekir, 7 minutes going up. It's possible rent ski and snowboard here. Staff speak: English, Russian and of course Turkish.

We really enjoy the time here. They pick up us in the airport and drop off to Capadocia. We stay at this hotel during end of January, the hotel was all in one you can just go to backside of the hotel it has already ski slope (beginner), ski rental and store also available on the ground floor. We took Junior suite room and it was amazing room with balcony facing Erciyes mountain.

If you’re English and you don’t smoke I don’t recommend you come here. They allow smoking in the (albeit very nice with a fire in the middle) chalet bar which totally wrote off any chance of us spending any time in there because it stinks. But you’re in the middle of nowhere. You can’t go to another bar. So 2 working channels on the tv in the room it is. The service in the bars/restaurant are veeeeeeeeery...

The rooms are incredible, so is the service. If you are going there in a low season, there are things to consider: 1) we were there in 2-3 April and it was too hot for us. Because here is a winter hotel, there’s no air conditioning and no option to turn off the heater. We had the windows open all the time which meant more noise 2) since there was almost no one in the hotel, there was no open buffet...

We were served by Sefa for lunch. Very friendly, kind, and speaks English which is a great plus for tourists. Fast service, clean and good food overall. I highly recommend

The gate is less crowded and we had a great time here. The hospitality is exceptional. There are some off piste good conditions snow as well. Great for beginners and intermediate skiers or snowboarders. The rental and ski pass around here is also cheaper than many other major ski resorts. Awesome place.

Excellent location right next to the gondola lift with full board and non-alcoholic drinks. Ski rental is not included. Rooms are well heated and clean. Good price / performance ratio. The staff is very attentive, the wine list is good, the food is better but okay.

I went to Kayseri many times and tried other residences, until I met Berceste, it was a wonderful residence, I stayed for a week and I enjoyed it incredibly. The only problem was that there was a renovation in the cafe downstairs. I am satisfied, I highly recommend it, you can go with peace of mind, I hope to see you again as soon as possible 🙏🙏👏👏👏👏👏

Really, my home in Kayseri is officially I think I am writing this review based on my stay here about 4-5 times. It is a very naive tradesman that every time I come to the business, they always provide the necessary discount assistance to their customers with the same quality.

It is a very luxurious looking apartment, but I cannot say the same luxury for the apartments. But comfort gets in the way of this luxury.

They have friendly, understanding, polite staff. Reliable comfortable and clean residence. A complete family atmosphere. I can freely express my needs and ideas. The interior is extremely luxurious and comfortable. Internet, warming and so on. We never have a problem. Our guests are welcomed so beautifully. It is an extra advantage to have a delicious restaurant downstairs.

Very clean comfortable apartments. There is no problem with contact. I will stay long. I looked at other places in the bazaar, but especially thanks to the warm-bloodedness of Ertuğrul, I gave up on another place. Thank you. I feel like I am living with my family.

I was there for a short time to visit relatives. It is a beautiful multi-storey detached Building with good quality materials, with two huge elevators, ideal living space for one person.

A clean residence. From the cleaning staff to the other employees, they all do their job diligently. It has enough reliable employees to deliver my key. I wish it had its own green sitting area. It is close to parks, markets, and the last stop. I haven't experienced the summer yet. There is no air conditioning. I hope I won't have any problems.

We had a great time in the Kayseri Loft Hotel. I totally recommend especially for those who come by car with a dog. You an park right next tothe hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dished in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. The breakfast was excellente. You will probably not find any better place in this very grey and depressive city. The staff was nice. Though i would avoid the restaurant - it was not good at all despite the staff trying their best. The menu has about 200 dishes to choose from, and i can guaranty you, the dishes are not fresh and not tasty. Beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful place. The room I used was a single occupancy. The bed was creaking. There was air conditioning. But it was dripping water inside. It was not possible to close the curtains either.

Rather tired little hotel right in the heart of Kayseri. It has adequate parking and a decent breakfast. Prices are passable. Room amenities are not great, bed was comfortable and WiFi was zippy.

We stayed 2 nights before we start our ski holiday at Erciyes. The hotel was in the historical area and walking distance to the castle, open bazaar, church etc. The rooms were big, shower was large. Breakfast was enough. Next time we plan to stay here and every day go to Erciyes for ski. Distance is about 20 min and 150TL taxi ride one way.

I came here from the USA for a business trip and let me tell you why I five-star this place: 1) Best location if you want to have a walk in the old city and enjoy it’s delicacies 2) Extremely clean rooms great shower and a very friendly receptionists 3) enjoy a chef made Turkish breakfast and forget about the bs of covid19.

It is good and bad. Good breakfast, we had a small grass area outside our room and its is centrally located. Also, there is a nice cafe with local live music most nights behind the hotel. Bad was the shower door broke at some time so water went all over the floor.
