We came as a group . Unfortunately the sauna and spa were not operational . It's a bit far from Cappadocia and this impacted our baloon flights .
Positives:
• Early Check-In: The staff kindly allowed us to check in earlier than usual, which was greatly appreciated as it gave us time to rest before our skiing lessons.
• Location: The hotel is conveniently located, with good restaurants just a 10-minute drive away.
• Parking: Secure and easily accessible parking facilities were a plus.
• Friendly Staff: The staff were professional and welcoming.
• Breakfast: The open buffet breakfast had a decent variety of options.
• Facilities: The swimming pool and sauna were clean, though the pool was small and not very warm.
Negatives:
• Bedding: The linens were in poor condition with visible holes, the top layer of the mattress kept slipping off, and the pillows were uncomfortable.
• Room Temperature: The rooms were too warm, and there was no remote control to adjust the temperature.
• Dinner: The dinner options were very basic, and no effort was made to ask about allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Smoking Issue: The smell of cigarette smoke in the dining area was unpleasant, despite prominent no-smoking signs, which deterred us from having dinner there again.
While the hotel’s convenient location and accommodating staff were highlights, the issues with bedding, temperature control, and the dining experience significantly impacted our stay. I’d rate this hotel 3 stars.
