Fantastic experience!
The staff, the room, the spa!
We booked the standard room and the one bedroom suite. Both clean and had great views. Of course, the one bedroom suite was much larger, with multiple storage spaces; including 2 walk-in closets. It has 2 toilets, a bathtub, and a separate waterfalls shower. It is an L shape, so you get a lot of light and views of the mountains and the city. What I loved about this room was the sliding door that separated the bedroom from the seating area.
The hotel is right next door to the Forum Kayseri mall.
The staff in general were very courteous and professional. From the person who greets you at the door to the reception staff, the restaurant staff, and the guest relation personnel.
I'll write a separate review of the spa, City Club, to give it its due.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kayseri with my wife after our journey through Cappadocia. This hotel offers the most breathtaking views of the beautiful city of Kayseri. From our room, we enjoyed a panoramic vista that truly highlighted the city’s charm.
The hotel is ideally located, allowing easy access to numerous attractions. Many museums, churches, historical houses, markets, mosques, the city fortress, shopping centers, and even the airport (just a 10-minute taxi ride away) can be reached on foot. The warmth and friendliness of the locals further enhance the experience, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
Every morning, we indulged in an abundant breakfast buffet at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and we were frequently asked by the kitchen staff if we had any special requests. The hospitality we received from all hotel personnel was exceptional, making us feel right at home.
The Radisson Blu Hotel also features a stunning Turkish bath, several massage rooms, and a well-equipped fitness center. My wife would like to express her gratitude to Ms. Fereshteh for the incredibly professional massage—truly a unique experience.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their attentive service and for creating such a warm, family-like atmosphere. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we are already looking forward to our next visit to the Radisson Blu Hotel, Kayseri.

Very nice hotel in Kayseri, the room is well equipped and clean. The breakfast is also very good with large opening hours.
The personel is very helpfull, special thanks to Sarp for his help for the spa booking and his availability. And last the spa, amazing moment with Dewa, thanks a million, it was the best massage I never had!!

They provide everything you need and on top, the shampoos and everything were vegan labeled. There were also so many vegan options in the breakfast like vegan pancakes. On top, spa and hamam were amazing. In hamam, a very kind and skilled lady, Fereshteh, did the kese which is a traditional Turkish scrub. You should definitely ask for her service and try this treatment, it refreshes the skin perfectly ❤️ I also thank to receptionist and other stuffs since they were so kind and helpful.

The food was delicious and the personal was friendly. Zafer was a friendly for us and helped a lot

Pleasant experience, accommodating staff especially Mr. Sarp and Miss. Bahar. Both are very friendly and helpful. It is an ideal place for vacation. Definitely it is 5Star. 👍

Radisson Kayseri is good place for business as well leisure and the staff is very cooperative and amazing. All facilities are good and I like to thank few of the staff members who are more than amazing @maryam @burak @eyup @onur @fatima. I would request Radisson to change breakfast menu ,it's same from last two years.
