We stayed here during our vacation in 2024. It was an amazing experience! Location, parking, and the staff, everything was great. Similar experience would have cost arm and a leg somewhere else, but Arus Otel was a great accommodation for us. If you ever go to Eski Sehir, you have to stay and don`t go anywhere else. Our room was great no complaints, and everyone was very attentive and helpful. And the breakfast was included also made it much easier for us to plan and get ready for our days! Thank you, Arus Otel, and everyone who made it possible for us.

The hotel is located in a good area of the city. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is varied. The hotel room is clean, no smell of cigarettes.

My recent experience with this hotel was a true disaster. During our stay between 8-12 August before the flight my Covid-19 showed positive result based on which I had to isolate myself in quarantine regime for 14 days. The hotel manager deceptively told us that we cannot stay in isolation in our room and need move to another room with fantastic price of 2500$. He told us to leave the hotel and move to private apartments. I had to leave the hotel with my wife 2 days before the end of our stay. Unfortunately, hotel did not refund 2 days payment charged in advance. Definitely do not recommend this hotel!

A step above the others. This welcoming hotel sets the standard. I have stayed at many hotels in Eskişehir and I wish I had known about this place before now. European-style amenities, modern layout, and wonderful no-fuss staff. Good-sized rooms, comfortable quality beds and great breakfast. Room service was swift. Wifi seemed to be better here for Zoom meetings and it's definitely a prime location for business or pleasure, walking distance to the high-speed train, tramway lines, Espark Mall, dozens of bars, top cafes and the gorgeous river precinct, let alone hundreds of eateries and restaurants and shops. Taxis are easy to find too and will get you to the otogar in only ten minutes or so. Thank you Arus, I'll definitely stay again. Value for money.

Very nice hotel near the city center, you can find everything in a 5 minutes walk, shops, restaurants and even a big mall. Place is clean, cheap and well organized.
