Reserved a quiet room but ended up with the opposite... Hotels should seriously consider geust requests made during reservation. Therefore, I wouldn't consider staying there once more!

We stayed at Anemon as part of a tour group. It was a great stay, the food was amazing, lots of vegetables & herbs and good variety of cheeses. Everything was tasty and fresh. Our room was clean and spacious with a large and super comfy bed. Location is good as well with a big mall next to the hotel. Overall an excellent experience

It's autumn, we arrived yesterday. Weathwr is cold but the heating in the room was just a bit too much. We could not sleep at all last night because the room was TOO warm. I turned on the air cond (a/c), and instead of cold/cool air blowing, the room remained the same, hot! Talked to the hotel staff about this and the answer was pathetically frustrating. Basically we were told that the heating system is central and there's nothing we can do about it. Opened the window but the room is facing the main road so it was noisy.
The housekeeping did not refill the toilet papers. We called at least twice before directly went to the reception to remind about it. And guess what, we did not get the toilet papers from the housekeeping.
Room is clean with all basic facilities. But the whole experience of staying in this hotel is really just pushing our button to get angry.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
The most amazing experience I had.
The room were clean the toilets was very clean I have to say that I would not stay anywhere else if I’m to go back. Also a great thanks to the wonderful Clearner Sevil she was very respectful and caring.

Toilets are not very clear and neglected.. for me the most important thing is the cleanliness of toilets..

Good location and price.
But every thing almost normal.
The rooms are with the less staff and the spa is just a closing and open small swimming pools nothing more.
I think it should be rated as a 3 stars to be honest
