Nice hotel with comfortable rooms, polite and friendly staff, and excellent room service.

A pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, elegant and well positioned. The rooms have a balcony, this was the reason why we chose it. Exemplary cleanliness. The cleaning staff do their job in a proper way. We parked the car in the hotel garage which was perfect. Good breakfast.
It is very disappointing that the reception staff at a four-star hotel do not speak English, at least a few words specific to the hotel industry.

This is a good hotel for a short stay as it is much cheaper than others in the area. Lots of shops are walking distance.
The rooms are a decent size and very clean. However, the decor is old and tired. There is a mini fridge, but no safe. The bed was very firm, but still surprisingly comfortable.

The ac cooled the room very fast.
The internet didn't work.
The set breakfast was ok and the employees were polite and helpful.
The only truly negative thing was the noise. We could hear people in other rooms talking and coughing. Some guests were quite loud. I would've given them 3 stars if not for this and the bad internet.
All in all still a good deal for the amount paid.

Its location is great, near to public transportation, restaurants, cafes, and the university.

A very nice, quiet hotel. Very close to anadolu university and also espark and city center. Tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is ok with many choices.

Very helpful staff, close to University, fairly clean. Offers breakfast. Recommended for short stays. Very near a tram station.
