only the location is great
the corridors are very dark. the room door key was not working. they could not find a spare. i waited for support from the reception every time i entered the room. there were no towels in the room. when i asked, they said dry cleaning had not arrived yet. they brought them from another room and gave them. the edges of the towels were knotted. but the location is central.

The rooms are like caves, dark. They have removed the light bulbs, they give them to you if you want😃The sheets have holes. The door handles are broken, the toilet is broken. The room is not clean. The shower cabin is so small that it is very difficult to take a shower if you weigh more than 40 kilos. It is better if you do not go down for breakfast, it is not edible. The receptionist has to wait for the market to open to make up for the deficiencies😃Two good things; the staff is well-intentioned, the hotel is in a central location.

The staff never smiles, it is not clear whether you are talking to the wall or the reception, the air conditioner was very noisy and did not cool, the bed was awful, it was uneven like a camel's back, my wife could not meet on the right and I on the left in the middle, they did not help us because we were 10 minutes late for breakfast and although they did not tell us the ending time, they claimed that the breakfast hours were written on the elevator as an excuse, they only paid for breakfast because we had it, when we went down to the breakfast room, the attendant was playing with her phone, when we asked for breakfast, she said there was no breakfast, go and ask the reception, snapped at us and left the place, in short, would we choose it again? WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT CHOOSE IT, do not make this mistake by being fooled by its appearance.

Not recommended, ok at best. Sheets are worn, there is an open plug in in the bathroom, only one shower gel and shampoo for 2 guests and we found a toilet paper less than half, not things to see in a 3-star hotel. Room was clean and silent tho.

So when I arrived at the hotel the reception told me it is full we don't have rooms while the online websites show it available.
I don't know if they know or the receptionist doesn't like me. By the way, that's happened on the 21 of December around 5 o clock pm
For me, that wasn't a pleasant experience at all, so I decided to go to another hotel
