Grande Arte Hotel

Location is amazing. Close to a very crowded area with awesome sculpture located in the circle- walking distance. Make sure you catch the sunrise while you do your breakfast. Very artsy designed hotel, great architecture, clean rooms with friendly staff. Safe parking space. Totally recommended.

The hotel is very good. Located not in the exact center of the city, but still at a very central and busy place. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is also very big, and this is great. There windows are soundproof, that guarantee a good night sleep. Also the bed is super comfortable. I never had such a good sleep at a hotel. Huge plus is the fact that there is a public parking across the street. It is with 24/7 security. Special thanks for Mr. Ali Barani at the reception, I had few questions and he provided me with answers to them. Next time when I am at Eskisehir I will definitely stay here.

Rooms are spacious, the shower isn’t crowded or small, everything is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, they gave very clear instructions on how to navigate around the city. Also, the patisserie on ground level is gorgeous, perfect for couple photos.

The hotel is fantastic—updated, clean, centrally located with lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean with cabinets, a blow dryer, and USB charging sockets. The staff is very kind and attentive, always willing to help out and accommodate to our needs. Every time we go to Eskişehir, we always make sure to stay at this hotel. 10/10 recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grande Arte Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience overall. Let me break it down for you:
Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s conveniently close to the city center, shopping malls, and other attractions. Whether you’re a tourist or a business traveler, you’ll appreciate the convenience.

Fitness and Spa Center: The fitness and spa center was a highlight for me. It’s well-equipped, clean, and offers a relaxing escape. After a day of exploring, unwinding here was a treat.

Friendly Staff: The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was helpful and attentive. Kudos to their excellent service!

Room Odor Issue: Admittedly, one of our rooms had a slight odor issue. However, the reception promptly addressed it, and the problem was resolved. Their responsiveness was commendable.

Sumptuous Breakfast: The breakfast spread was impressive. There was a wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. I left the dining area satisfied and ready for the day.

Birthday Photo Dilemma: Now, here’s where we hit a minor snag. We wanted to take a photo with our birthday cake, but the hotel policy required us to purchase the cake from their pastry shop. While it makes sense, a simple photo wouldn’t have hurt, right?

Language Barrier: The only other hiccup was communication in the cafeteria area. Some staff members didn’t speak English fluently, which made ordering a bit challenging. Nonetheless, we managed with translation apps.

Overall, my stay at Grande Arte Hotel deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars. The positives far outweighed the minor inconveniences. I’d gladly return for another visit!

This experience was one of the best I had.. Hotel provides 5 star service with 4 star prices.. Rooms are elegantly designed with an abundance of space and storage area, spotless clean, comfy beds plus a lot of well thought details.. Breakfast was good, nothing very special, yet food was really good quality -definitely beyond my expectations.. Hotel crew are truly hospitable, positive and dynamic.. I really cannot think of anything negative about this stay..
