Belci City House

We stayed here for 10 days in September and absolutely loved our time. The room was very spacious, always clean and the facilities great.

The roof terrace has an absolutely amazing view over Fethyiye and the surrounding mountains and breakfast on the terrace was a highlight of each day.

Without a doubt the best thing about Belci City are the hosts who are extremely hospitable. Everyone involved in the service of the hotel was exceptional, helpful and super friendly and we felt we were welcomed as part of the family for our entire stay.

The hotel is located in the city centre. Rooms are huge and clean. The hotel is run by a family and they are super nice and helpful to tourists. Breakfast at terrace is very nice.

Amazing modern style hotel.
I loved the size of the room and bathroom, there is a fridge and the air con is working well, the staff is very helpful and always smiley.
It is true that we can hear the noise from the street but, I I slept really well, even though I'm a light sleeper.

Keep in mind that It's 20min walk from the centre of Fethiye but it's not a problem since Oludeniz is not in the center either, the mini-bus/dolmus that goes to the beach stops next to the hotel, so it's perfect!
There is also a big Carrefour supermarket and the coach station are both 8min walk from the hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms/bathroom were clean and spacious. The view from the rooftop terrace overlooked a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The breakfast was delicious. It was an incredible stay and I loved every second! Lastly, I cannot fault the help and service of the staff! They were all so kind and helpful, they did not hesitate to help us with any of our requests. Would 100% definitely recommend!!

+ Erasta and bus station are in close proximity. However hotel itself is kind of far away from popular attractions

Modern well constructed hotel. The rooms are spacious with high quality fixtures and furniture, luxurious shower. Roof dining area where one can take in an excellent panorama of the city while enjoying breakfast. The surrounding area has a lot to offer, more of a local vibe, with plentiful cafes and restaurants that locals frequent. The staff are very hospitable. A flawless experience.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in fethiye. We were a family of 3, and changed 3 different hotels before discovering this hidden gem. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is huge as well. Our room had a big balcony with street view.
The room has a modern interior and nice colors, very comfortable to be at. The beds are large and comfortable. The room looks much better than the pictures. It also has a large air conditioner so you won’t feel the summer heat.
A huge plus was the large screen TV with Netflix and YouTube. The wifi in this hotel is the fastest we’ve experienced in Turkey.
It has a large sliding door with excellent sound cancellation so you can enjoy natural lighting and street view without the noise.
The room has excellent natural lighting as well as plenty of storage space.
The breakfast is on the huge terrace and its simple, healthy, and delicious.
The location is also excellent. It is a 2-3 minute walk from the mall, with shops and restaurants at a walking distance.

Although it has all these perks the best thing about the hotel were the hosts at the front desk. They are super friendly, helpful, speak good English, easy to approach and are always smiling. Although there is no elevator the hosts will help you carry your things if you needed.
You can easily tell that there has been a lot of love and effort given to this place. For all the perks you get the price is very affordable. Our only regret was not finding this place sooner.

Staff are very welcoming, understanding, and help full especially Mr. Canberk who recommended for us great places to visit in Fethiye, Hotel location in city center close to shopping mall and many restaurants. Hôtel is very clean, Air conditioning is perfect, Wi-Fi is strong, breakfast on upper terrace is good how ever it could be better if more verity and option were added. Car parking was available always. Some rooms comes with bel balcony while others weren’t, if you are a smoker, make sure to ask for the room with balcony. I will for sure revisit the hotel when I’m back to Fethiye. And recommend it strongly to others.
