Hotel Unique-Boutique Class - Adults Only

Hotel unique is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed!
The rooms are beautifully designed with amazing views, the pool is incredible, and the staff are incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even offering a packed breakfast on our day of departure because we had an early flight.
The hotel is perfectly located an easy short walk to old town, but far enough away that you can’t hear the pumping music from all the bars.
We ate from the restaurant every day because the food was such a standout! The breakfast, lunches and dinners were all exceptional.
If I had to make one small criticism, the beds are a little too soft and the cocktails from the bar weren’t the best, but all the positives completely outweigh the minor negatives!

Some places just check ALL the boxes and the Hotel Unique is certainly one of them.

We stayed here for 11 nights in one of the larger annex rooms last week and everything about our stay was great. The staff are extremely nice, thoughtful and helpful. We really enjoyed talking to them about all things Turkiye and Fethiye, and we learned a great deal.

The breakfast is quite good and we enjoyed both Turkish and/or English breakfast each morning. That cat at breakfast is also a great lap warmer.

Our room had a stunning view, and housekeeping was great in ensuring we had everything we needed (coffee mostly :).

The wifi is excellent which we so appreciate for longer stays. And the place is quiet.

We have been in Turkiye for nearly 3 months now, and this was certainly one of our best accommodations.

Amazing hotel walking distance to the old town (~5 min walk), the ferry terminal to Rhodes (~3 min), and the various island tours (~12 min walk). The room was spacious and cozy, with thoughtful touches that you only appreciated when you needed them. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with many options to choose from. The restaurant in the hotel where breakfast is served is also one of the best restaurants in Fethiye, so I definitely recommend eating dinner there at least one night. The view from the restaurant faces the bay and is beautiful. The fact that the hotel is small and adults-only made our time there very relaxed. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They recognize everyone and are always there when you need them. The service here is honestly better than any Ritz Carlton or St Regis that I've stayed in as they are actually proactive, rather than just reactive. When my partner fell ill on the trip, a night staff member (I think named Iftal?) proactively called the local medical services to see what the process would be like in case we wanted to see a doctor. I also saw him personally run after a taxi cab when an arriving guest realized she left her phone in the vehicle during check-in. You just cant find that level of service and dedication anymore these days. Would 100% stay here again.

Our stay at Hotel Unique was excellent. Creatively built on different levels on the side of a hill the hotel has Style everywhere. The rooms have some great features and are really comfortable with very good facilities. The view from our sea front room was great, you could spend ages watching the boats.

Service was excellent, from front desk, room cleaning and bar & restaurant. We hadn't planned on eating in the restaurant every night of our stay but the food, settling and service were so good that is what we did. The Turkish breakfast was wonderful. A great choice and we will stay again when we are back in Fethiye.

Truly outstanding hotel in terms of service, facilities, food, everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a car which they parked for us when we returned each day. We had a beautiful spacious room with 2 balconies with a view of the marina from one and the pool area from the other. Good bathroom with nice toiletries and robes. The breakfast was truly excellent. The pool area was lovely to relax in. Can't say enough good things about this hotel!

My wife and I stayed 9 nights. Great rooms, beds, food, very friendly and helpful staff. They treat you like family. Highly recommended.

Truly lovely hotel, so pleased we stayed here. Well furnished rooms with comfortable bed and lovely linen. Restaurant excellent and hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
We were also able to go to breakfast at the sister hotel across the road and so experience a buffet breakfast some mornings.
Hotel within walking distance to restaurants, shops and market and harbour, also tomb ruins and museum. Hired a car which the hotel staff parked for us.
Would stay here again.

Exceeded all my expectations. You immediately see the effort put in to make this hotel truly unique. The interior decorating of our room was carefully thought out and the balcony view was perfect. The provided hygiene products were wonderful and fitting for the quality of this hotel. Even the towels smelled great. All the staff are friendly and provide exceptional service. This is one of the few hotels that I can truly say I must come back to.

Staff are AMAZING !! Front desk , cleaning ladies and restaurant. Everybody is so kind and helpful. Hotel is cozy, cute and beautiful and walking distance to bazar, Night life and even some very good beaches like “ help beach “ and “ see me beach “.
