The towel has stains on it and the soaps provided aren't very good. The breakfast buffet doesn't really have much choices, basically just eggs breads cheeses and salads. But the location is close to the city.

We booked this place based on the glowing reviews we’ve seen on multiple platforms. Our experience at this hotel was a mixed bag:
Pros:
-situated at the heart of Kas with a 5 minute downhill walk to the main town are
-the restaurant is situated on the top of a hill so you get some pretty incredible views of the valley below and the coast
-buffet breakfast was delicious - a mix of Turkish and continental
-the family room was comfortable and spacious
-there a water filter available at reception where you can fill up your bottles
Cons:
- the hotel positions itself as a family friendly establishment. This is not true. When our kids were having a swim and as kids do having fun, a staff member (the older gentleman) told us off for being loud. Our kids were just having fun and being kids. We were at the pool at max for an hour between 9-10am. If kids aren’t allowed to have fun at the pool, you should make this an adult only establishment - and advertise it that way. Families be aware!
- the reviews indicated the staff being super friendly, but this was a not our experience. Other than the brunette who works in the evening and the cleaners, all other staff were not friendly. Especially the older gentleman who was downright rude
- given the location and the position on a hill, the walk back up from the village is a bit of challenge - good exercise though for those who want it
- there’s free parking but it’s on a dirt and pothole filled road. Take care when parking as you have to park as close to the edge of the hill as possible to avoid blocking the driveway. I believe the staff can park the car for you - but this was never offered to us

The environment is good. On the hillside in the city center, bougainvillea flowers bloom everywhere in November, decorating the maze-like hotel.
The door of the hotel is unexpected and unbelievable. There is no elevator in the hotel. If you walk up the steps, there are ninety-nine and eighty-one steps to get to the front desk. If you drive, be prepared to eat dust in sunny days and step in mud in rainy days. It is called "natural". Well, in the room No stools, no phones, Wi-Fi coverage.

We loved this hotel so much that we extended our stay and even changed our flights by a day. The view is amazing and the room is clean and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Thank to the staff for being so kind and helping us deal with a nightmare involving Budget rental cars (do not rent with Budget/Avis for your travels in Turkey). They went above and beyond in helping us.

Thank you to all the lovely staff for an excellent stay! They went above and beyond throughout, and couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful.
The breakfast was great, with lots of different options. The location is also great for exploring Kas, with excellent views of the sea and sunrise/sunset!
There were also free yoga sessions at 7.30am, which was a wonderful way to start the day! The instructor was also lovely.
We will be recommending Kas and this hotel to lots of people, and we intend to come back too.

Gorgeous hotel! The location is great, the staff is great, in the mornings Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday there is free yoga on the terrace. Very comfortable and pleasant hotel

We were absolutely in love with this hotel - it matched all our needs perfectly and showed us the city from its best side.
It is perfectly located near the city center but a bit up the hill, just enough to escape from loud parties and enjoy the scenic view of the sea. Everything starting from the gate is keeping with the atmosphere of the place: stone steps, tiles, pomegranate and olive trees, minimalistic interior of the rooms. If you go higher up the stairs, you will reach an absolutely stunning terrace where they serve breakfast and a very photogenic swimming pool - all with the best views. We had a terrace with the sea view right in front of our room and we spent our mornings drinking coffee and watching the sun rise.
We were also very happy with the service: everyone was very friendly and helpful, room cleaning was exceptional and very delicate. There were two conditioners in our room, the bed was very comfortable (I have spine issues, so that was really great), and the room itself was quite spacious. We also got to use the laundry room for free, which was really important for a week stay.
If we ever visit Kaş again (and we would love to!), we would only stop at this hotel and nowhere else. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

A small but beautiful hotel with simple decoration. It is close to the mountains and faces the sea. There are scattered green plants. The balcony view satisfies my fantasy of the Mediterranean. I can enjoy the sunset from the room. Sparkling water and beach blankets are provided, and valet parking is available. The service staff are friendly and friendly. It is within a 10-minute walk from the town center and the pier, but it is relatively fresh and quiet.
