If I could give less than one star, I would rate it -5. The air conditioner didn’t work — it was a nightmare in the heat, and sleeping was unbearable. The staff didn’t speak English and the service was terrible. They ignored us completely. The place was dirty and smelled awful 🤮. The only decent thing was the breakfast — it wasn’t bad.

The room cleaning is great, the comfort is also quite good.
But they have some strange staff who enter the room without knocking! I don't think it is a hotel that deserves 5 stars.

A great place to stay when visiting Gazientep ! Clean friendly hotel . Breakfast was really great with lots of tasty foods .

I aatemdee a workshop there, and the services were good and WC was clear.

The swimming pool was closed during our visit. Also the rooms were not cleaned daily by default.
Rooms above the 6th floor are fairly quiet (below not so because of the highway close by).
