The prices are really high I always prefer it but this time I was surprised with the price it was 100 usd but it doesn't deserve it

None has complained about ant of its services yet. I believe it's one of the best hotels in Gaziantep.
I love its food and its spacious loby and the good performance of its staff.
It's a nice big hotel. Staff is friendly and available. It's located 5 min walking to the ancient city center and 1 min to the sanko Park. However the 5 stars are too pretentious as the furnitures are little old, the food is just ok and cleaning can be improved.

The swimming pool was closed during our visit. Also the rooms were not cleaned daily by default. Rooms above the 6th floor are fairly quiet (below not so because of the highway close by).
In addition to being a hotel, it is one of the best places to have meetings
It was a pleasure to stay at the Grand Hotel Gaziantep. The rooms were extraordinary clean and the staff was charming. Also the city and its food is very recommended! Always again.

I love it. Nice staff, clean, neat, well organized. Staff do not speak English or Arabic but most of them welcoming, cooperative and professional. One thing I didn't like is the noise. Rooms are not properly sound-proofed. Also Breakfast need a better scheme. Valley service is great.

We stayed in the suite room they upgraded it without extra charge because we came from a long road and we were abit stressed. The food is great the hospitality very good. If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout. Valet parking free We done a late checkout and they were very helpful with that also. So for me hands down 5 star treatment 🙏🏾
The breakfast offered at Divan Hotel was very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed being served by Ramazan, an extremely attentive server, with a big smile on his face.

Every single member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel was pretty good when it comes to the buffet and hygiene. What made me more comfortable in my stay was the professional receptionist Bursa. Honestly she is so sweet and helpful. She did recommend us the most delicious restaurants in gazi antep and the touristic sites there .

Very nice hotel, located in a very good location, near from everywhere in Gaziantep, about 10-15 minutes for everywhere by car. The hotel is surrounded by too many other hotels, since there is hospitals their, pharmacies, small restaurants and markets as well. Rooms are so clean and from brand new material. Food and drink menu is adequate. Sıla who served us our drinks is so smiley and good-humoured. She gave us good suggestions for Gaziantep restaurants and must see places.
Great hospitalty and service. The reception team and GM are very gebtle. Rooms are clean and big enough. You can find sweat or salty foods at the breakfasr. Espresso qualtiy can improve.

Very helpful staff. Nice location in the city center. Disliked · The biggest problem was the parking - we needed to park maybe 400 meters away from the hotel because they don't have a private parking there. We were 2 adults and 2 children and every day we needed to ask for 4 towels instead of the present 2 towels.

The hotel is ok for 1 or 2 nights but not for a long stay. The rooms are small and not very clean (shower). There is breakfast but really not of a good quality. The people of the hotel are speaking only turkish and some arabic, so it is very difficult for a non turkish speaker. Most rooms smell of ciggerettes, price is negotiable, bad smell in bathroom, mosque is right by our window screaming at me right now.. And at 4 am.. I wouldn't recommend it unless you negotiate price to much lower Staff are very friendly though :)

We were generally satisfied. The location is very good, the breakfast is also standard, (it would be much better if it was organic and diet products). The beds are comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The place was free authentic with a great atmosphere. Everything makes you feel nostalgic but at the same time clean and modern bathrooms. Very comfy beds and also very helpful and friendly staff. Great location very close to any famous restaurants in the area or museums.

Yilmaz and Daoud are very good and supportive I am very happy from their kindness
Rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old , windows are not clean. The beds are two connected by small beds , I could not sleep all night due to that even I chosed king bed, until morning I had to change the room. There is no swimming pool in also. For the high price I paied I thought much better service I will get but unfortunately cheaper hotels are much better.

I spent a whole week there on vacation. The people there are very kind and friendly❤️ . to be honest i advise anyone to go there. Everyone is smiling. No one bothered me at all. but on the website it says that there is a swimming pool. We were surprised that there was not.!!
The front staff didn't speak much English, which was unfortunate. Room wasn't as clean as I hoped. They didn't vacuum well as there was some hair on the ground. But the breakfast was delicious.
