I have stayed at the Yilmazoglu Park Hotel many times in the past years, sometimes for extended periods. I like the fact that it is family owned, and I have met several of the extended family. In my experience the staff are very friendly and obliging in responding to requests. The rooms are clean and spacious, and on the upper floors there is a nice panoramic view. Fast and easy check in, room cleaned to high standard…bed very comfy - room had everything we needed. Breakfast very good - all the usual staples. A nice outdoor terrace was available to sit on weather permitting. A pleasant one night stay whilst on a tour of Türkiye.

A great hotel for a family vacation, with all the amenities available. The restaurant and service was great, staff was accommodating for sick kids. Breakfast had a variety of different foods to choose from. The location is great - close enough to the Zeugma Museum to walk to as well as the city centre.

Perfect room. Bigger than most in gziantep. Services are gr8t but staff doesnt speak english. Only one receptionist speaks but not fluent but overall gr8t hotel

The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same).

Yes, it's very convenient. I stayed here for several nights on a business trip. The transportation is convenient, and it's very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel's service attitude is also very good and they will take the initiative to help customers.

In general, it is an above average hotel. Low-rise, with parking, very close to the mosque for those interested. It was clean and the breakfast was good. However, it would be a lie if I said that I didn't have any problems because the siphon was broken. They also need to remove the plastic flower in the room. What is a plastic flower for God's sake?

Good condition but not friendly reception staff The reception staff was not very friendly. Especially the female staff. The staff who brought the towels and the parking attendants were very friendly. The refrigerator in the room did not work well, which was inconvenient. The room condition was good, so we were able to stay comfortably.

The hotel lobby seems to be newly renovated but the rooms were not.The furniture was old and the bed sheets and towels were too old . Hotel location was good. The city was nice and the food was great .

We stayed in the suite room they upgraded it without extra charge because we came from a long road and we were abit stressed. The food is great the hospitality very good. If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout. Valet parking free We done a late checkout and they were very helpful with that also. So for me hands down 5 star treatment 🙏🏾

The breakfast offered at Divan Hotel was very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed being served by Ramazan, an extremely attentive server, with a big smile on his face.

Every single member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very accommodating. Fantastic place. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Very clean place and a few areas to relax. Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop restaurant a real stand out. With 360 views and a reasonable menu. Service was first class. Apart from a la carte they also have buffet type on weekends. The checking procedure was fast track. A 7 euro taxi will take you to the highlights like Mozaic museum

Great hotel! The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean. We had dinner, at the rooftop restaurant, and breakfast, and both were very good. The location is good, just north of an old neighbourhood and about a 15-20 mins to the old city and market areas; plenty of groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants around.

It is a nice place to stay in Gaziantep for a medium price, where we went to visit. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Selahattin, and the lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. We were pleased, the rooms were clean, and it was a suitable accommodation for a family.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre and to major roads, it was very easy to reach Suite rooms are decent in size and the amenities are good, with very decent price I am sleeping here tonight and for my next visit in Gaziantep I would use it again

Very nice hotel, located in a very good location, near from everywhere in Gaziantep, about 10-15 minutes for everywhere by car. The hotel is surrounded by too many other hotels, since there is hospitals their, pharmacies, small restaurants and markets as well. The hotel rooms are large enough compared to other hotels, with active room service, approximately at any time. The staff are helpful and ready...

A good bed, a great shower and tasty breakfast. All that you can wish for when staying at a hotel. The hotel itselfs is located about a ten minute walk from the old city center and castle.

My stay at novotel gaziantep was not bad, but I think the price was not matching service. Breakfast was OK, but coffee was not as expected. Finding the parking and parking lots are not easy. Good point is it's location near to historical center of gaziantep

I am traveling frequently to Gaziantep for work and I prefer to stay in this hotel mostly. The service, location and rooms are great. Personally want to thank Ms. Elif for the best house keeping, Mr. Mustafa for his efforts to keep our vehicle safe and to all management and staff for their warm welcome.

The hotel price is relatively cheap, so I chose this one. It is okay to stay here on a business trip. Although it is an economical chain hotel, the room is not too small. If you have a limited budget, choose this one.
