I had a good experience in this hotel . Nice staff and they are very kind . They respond immediately to all requests . The lady in the reception she speak English very well and she was so helpful .I would definitely recommend this place

It's a good hotel in general, the service the decorations and the elegant look, it needs to be cleaner though, it's noticeable especially at the dinning lounge where you can see the poor cleaning and quality of the dishes, spoons etc.

A really nice hotel but there is not around it to do and the view around is awful. The staff is very nice and willing to go extra mile for you. Also the Wi-Fi is very good in this hotel for business people or others that just like to stream their shows or etc!

We stayed in the suite room they upgraded it without extra charge because we came from a long road and we were abit stressed. The food is great the hospitality very good. If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout. Valet parking free We done a late checkout and they were very helpful with that also. So for me hands down 5 star treatment 🙏🏾

The breakfast offered at Divan Hotel was very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed being served by Ramazan, an extremely attentive server, with a big smile on his face.

The hotel was pretty good when it comes to the buffet and hygiene. What made me more comfortable in my stay was the professional receptionist Bursa. Honestly she is so sweet and helpful. She did recommend us the most delicious restaurants in gazi antep and the touristic sites there .

Very charming, the food is delicious, we had a lovely workshop. Although the sound system needs to be maintained, and some minor renovation in stairs will make it even better.

The swimming pool was closed during our visit. Also the rooms were not cleaned daily by default. Rooms above the 6th floor are fairly quiet (below not so because of the highway close by).

Most rooms smell of ciggerettes, price is negotiable, bad smell in bathroom, mosque is right by our window screaming at me right now.. And at 4 am.. I wouldn't recommend it unless you negotiate price to much lower Staff are very friendly though :)

Discovered this great hotel on the off chance. Warm welcome by all staff, comfortable clean room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent, best we have had in any hotel for a very long time. Evening dinner from the kitchen was also superb. Very good covid protocols also in place. Thanks to all who made our stay a very good one.

A good bed, a great shower and tasty breakfast. All that you can wish for when staying at a hotel. The hotel itselfs is located about a ten minute walk from the old city center and castle.

My stay at novotel gaziantep was not bad, but I think the price was not matching service. Breakfast was OK, but coffee was not as expected. Finding the parking and parking lots are not easy. Good point is it's location near to historical center of gaziantep

The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dark at times due to the light bulbs, the AC is working properly and the bathroom is mostly good with little spots where the bathroom is showing it's age. There is a liquid soap dispenser which is a nice plus and a nice shower. Unfortunately the TV was not working but if you don't mind that it is overall a good experience

Rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old , windows are not clean. The beds are two connected by small beds , I could not sleep all night due to that even I chosed king bed, until morning I had to change the room. There is no swimming pool in also. Classic 3 star business hotel, but they do it well. Simple clean, what you need. Decent breakfast though an egg station would be an improvement. Sadly very average coffee but at least they have an instant expresso machine not only drip filter or Turkish coffee. Seckin, who works there is a miracle worker, speaks perfect English and can solve anything. If you need anything ask for her!

This place seriously require a renovation . The furniture and almost everything is old. The room needed to be aired and we did not have water to drink. It was brought after I asked for it thrice. There is only one elevator and it is slower than average. The elevator's door also responds slow. Makes you trip while trying to exit.
